The separate Guest room is set in a beautiful tropical garden full of interesting and fascinating plants-palms, staghorn ferns, colorful bromeliads, and many more. One of our hobbies is propagating these plants because of their beauty and overall dramatic effect. If we've done it right, you can easily imagine you are in a tropical rain forest right here in Southeastern NC!

The Palm is the expansive main floor of a wonderful old Victorian home which was duplexed long ago and changed throughout the years. You'll have private access to the first floor and your own entrance. We love this place for its high ceilings, vintage decor, original hardwood floors, and quiet red brick road neighborhood! With queen size comfy beds, chill out living room with smart TV, eat-in kitchen area with all the essentials, you may want to stay longer!

The ceilings range from 6 ft 5", dipping lower at the roof lines! Private entrance on the side of the home. 1 mile from the downtown riverwalk, 8 miles from Wrightsville Beach, & in the center of the inner-city/downtown area. The historic Market Street is 2 blocks over, which heads both downtown & to the beach.
