This is my second time staying here and it was excellent! I was in town only for a few days and sit was only 3 minute drive to where I needed to go! 10/10 recommend!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. The apartment had everything we needed. it was clean and had a comfy bed. The owners were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. it really felt like home and would certainly stay there again.

This was our third time staying at Rebecca's place, and we love the updates that have been made over the years. The new in unit A/C with it's own control was especially nice to see. If you are traveling solo or in a couple with a pet and want to be able to walk to Carolina Beach, I highly recommend you check this place out!

Great place and right in the heart of everything. We wish we planned more time, the place had beautiful sunsets.

. Our stay was wonderful, comfortable, relaxing and fun. We appreciated the fire pit and made s’mores.. enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool…The surrounding area was filled with a full day of fun things for my granddaughter to do. Audrey gave perfect instructions regarding how to find the unit, and getting in was extremely easy. We loved the peace and quiet around us and the walkability to several great restaurants. It was the perfect getaway for the two of us for a couple of days. The space had everything that we needed and was very comfortable and very clean.

We had a lovely time. Grant and Laura's place was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. Check-in was super-easy and our hosts gave us great recommendations for things to do. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay here, it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. Coby was very easy to communicate with and was always prompt in replying. The place was very easy to find, there was plenty of parking and it was in a great location! We never used the car once we arrived as we were able to walk everywhere. The place was super clean, super quiet and very secure. I especially liked the shower, it was amazing! I’d love to return to Wilmington and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

Andrew’s place was fantastic! Just a short walk to the beach with a beautiful view from the balcony. We had an amazing time, and our dog loved it too!

We were so excited to find Suzanne’s place last minute. The place was beautiful. It was extremely well taken care of. The balcony was an extra room! It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable outdoor furniture. I loved all the plants-indoor and outdoor. It felt so warm and inviting. The whole condo looked exactly like the photos. This place was top tier in all aspects. I would recommend to anyone. We enjoyed our stay so much. When we are in this area we would love to stay here again.

This was a very last minute trip and it could not have turned out better. Debi’s place is in the perfect location with the BEST views (I’m a sucker for a sunrise). Even with the weather being cooler than we would have liked we were still able to get some nice sun on the rooftop deck, slipped down to beach for a bit, and took a short drive into downtown Wilmington. The condo is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in and fully stocked with anything you’d need and more. Do NOT pass up the opportunity to stay here! Best decision ever.

It was perfect for our spring break vacation. It was myself, my 12 year old son, his father and our dog Arrow. The bedroom was perfect to sleep 2 people and the pull out couch was comfortable. I loved the outdoor covered deck that had an ocean view. It is a short walk to the beach. We spent most of our time there as we did not have to worry about parking. There was a great resource that went over all the details that we needed for the place and the area. Robin communicated with us to check in and left some snacks and a Kerrie coffee maker with great coffee and hot chocolate options. The condo is on top floor which we loved to not hear people above us… not ideal if you do not like stairs. I loved to exercise worked for me. 😌 i would definitely stay here again! Thank you for creating such a loving space! 💕

Overall the place was very nice. We liked that it was just a short walk to the beach access and Publix was like 7 minutes away by car. The kids loved the pullout bed. The space was cozy, clean and had plenty of amenities.

We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again in the future. Perfect little spot right on the beach. Love the big balcony with a great view. I didn’t realize from the photos at first that the bed was so tall, could be an issue for someone older or with a disability but it was very comfortable. The pool wasn’t open for the season but it was pretty view. Lots of places to explore and good places to eat nearby.

Nice, quiet trip with two kids and two pups. Not too far to walk to get to the beach and house had everything needed. The main bed was very comfortable and the house was clean when we arrived. The weather was cool so we didn’t check out the pool but it looked very pretty.
