Apartment vacation rentals in Historic District, Wilmington

The weekender was a great place to stay. It had everything you need for an affordable price and was very central to everything in town. John and Michelle were accommodating and communicated well.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this complex. Tamara’s place was really nice and had absolutely everything we needed without added clutter. We will definitely be back as our son will be there (UNCW) for the next four years!

AJ and their team were so kind, courteous and helpful during our trip! We appreciated the quick response times as well as accommodations they provided for us! Super close to downtown (15 min walk to pretty much everything). Thanks for helping and making my birthday week so special!

the birdhouse was great. it was so much nicer than our actual apartment it made leaving REALLY hard. Whitney was super helpful with anything we had questions about including which beach was the best. honestly we would love to stay again!

We loved staying here and would definitely come back! Great location close to some of our favorite spots. Close to the Riverwalk and very walkable. The space was clean, comfy and exactly as described in the listing. We had a great time!

Parker was a fabulous host, first and foremost. His communication was top tier. The home was just as described. Nice layout and plenty of room. Check in was easy and I appreciated not having an issue with parking as it is on site.

We were grateful to be able to early check-in, after a long day at the beach. The location is great- walkable to restaurants, museums and historic downtown buildings. If you stay during the weekend and you are super sensitive to noises, take your ear plugs with you- just what’s expected of a summer downtown tourist location. The apartment was as described. We found everything we needed to cook our meals, the bed was big and comfortable. This location is Pet friendly, our baby dog felt at home. Andrew is a great communicator, everything flow easy and breezy. We hope to come back during the fall and stay with Andrew again. Thank you Andrew for everything!

We loved our brief stay and would definitely come again. The area was really neat with some cool shops, restaurants and bars. Within walking distance of the other parts of downtown too.

We had a great time; I came with the intention of getting ahead on work, but decided to enjoy a mini-vacation instead. We went to many places in the surrounding area, including several beaches. The place was exactly as described, and we honestly didn't want to leave. We'll definitely be back here, hoping it's available again. We recommend it 100%. Thank you, Travis, for everything. I look forward to doing business with you again.

I hope other hosts I've stayed with don't see this review because Cathy was by far one of the best and most a welcoming hosts I've ever stayed with! Her place was immaculate and very homey, not to mention a perfect location only a few blocks from downtown, but just far enough to still be in a quiet neighborhood. 10/10, would stay again (and probably will!)

My group and I had a wonderful stay at Jessica’s place. We were close to some places we could walk to which was very nice. The rooms were very clean and we felt very at home. Check-in and check/out went very smoothly. For this being the first Airbnb I have rented, I can say without a doubt I would stay there again when I am in town. Jessica was very kind and checked in on how our check-in went and as well let us know of the little things we needed to do before leaving. A very kind host and a very wonderful home.

Perfect place for my family, had a great time at the beach that was 15 min via car!

Lovely place, situated in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Easy parking. Close to important sights minus the hubbub of noise and traffic. Nice coffee selection. Bathroom was large with adequate shelves for toiletries. (3 adults in our group). One caveat: We are an older couple and navigating the space where the queen bed is was challenging.

We booked for a weekend trip to explore Wilmington and have a get away! Our trip was great as the airbnb was conveniently minutes to downtown, Ubers were easy to book. We plan on staying here yearly! It’s so nice to find great hosts who were very accommodating and responsive.

West place was great! We loved the private balcony amenities and how close it was to Kure beach and downtown! So much to do and such a fun stay. It was the perfect cozy beach getaway!

A wonderful secluded condo. Quiet and just a few steps from the beach, pool or recreation area. The family truly enjoyed being at the beach without the hustle and bustle of the beach. Would stay there again.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, and let me tell you, it far exceeded our expectations expectations! Denise's condo truly is a piece of PARADISE! Everything was super clean, there were a ton of towels and sheets and everything you would need for a home away from home at the beach. The beds were some of the most comfortable we'd slept in (including the pull out couch). And the view is breathtaking! You're so close to the ocean that when the tide is high it almost feels like you're on a cruise. We had no issues, and instructions were very clear, so we had no reason to contact the host during our stay. But she reached out before our trip, and you can tell she put her whole heart into creating a beautiful home away from home to escape to. We look forward to future family trips here!

Having access to the beach and pools was amazing. We thought we'd need to use the indoor pool, but the weather was great all week. The outdoor pools were great - showers available to get sand off from the beach. The kitchen equipment was not very clean and the doubl bed was pretty uncomfortable. However, these shortcomings were easily overlooked for how close we were to the beach. Kure had lots of activities for free, but also some things you could pay for nearby, like putt putt or the Boardwalk. I definitely recommend this location!

Beautiful place to stay and great location. Peaceful and quiet but an easy drive to restaurants and shops! I highly recommend staying here!

Alison’s place is truly perfection. Everything was just as described. The condo is literally STEPS to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever visited. I’m in LOVE with Kure!

Great location and condo, but although it’s on the ocean, it isn’t decorated beachy at all. Could be a condo anywhere. But when you open the sliding doors and step out on the balcony, the waves and seagulls wash it all away!

The bed and pillows were amazing. I usually have a hard time falling asleep away from home but this time it was hard not falling asleep. Top notch comfort. The place was spotless and very cozy and relaxing. We couldn’t have asked for a better location. It’s close to basically everything you need and everywhere you want to go. Definitely will stay again!
