This centrally-located new high-end cottage is a perfect home away from home. Nearly built with a nod to history and beautifully furnished, it is tucked on a small estate in Forest Hills. Only minutes from downtown, the airport, and the university - we are perfectly located in Wilmington. Forest Hills is a beautiful place to take a walk and located just 5 minutes from downtown. We love to share this cottage with visitors and we live next-door in the main house.

Adorable 2 Bedroom Guest Cottage in Wilmington, NC

Relax, Enjoy and Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway that is only 9 minutes to Downtown river walk , a 7 min drive to the beach and only a walk away from a lake that you can fish and do small boating. Take your whole family and dog on relaxing trails around the lake. Please notify host if you bring pets on listing because you will be charged for them.
