A nest to feel good

You will stay on the second floor and have two floors. On each floor we have a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the upper floor there is also a bathtub waiting for you. The balconies have a southwest orientation for a magnificent view and plenty of sunshine. A parquet floor ensures a pleasant atmosphere and you can use a Swedish stove as a cozy highlight. Two flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms are self-evident. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.

Unser Haus liegt auf einer Anhöhe oberhalb von Ramsau und gehört zu Hainzenberg. Am Fuße der Anhöhe sind zahlreiche Geschäfte und Bushaltestellen. Zu Fuss sind das ca. 300 Meter. Im Winter fährt von hier aus auch der Skibus zur Horbergbahn und zur Zillertal Arena.

Super equipped, beautiful and very clean place with large balcony and great views. About 5-10 minutes serpentine road from the village, but it is worth it and you are away from the tourist hustle and bustle in the valley. Also good starting point for bikers on the Zillertaler Höhenstraße. Several pubs on the way up, one to go well too. Special recommendation: Paulerhof - game dishes, very fine kitchen. Parking in front of the house is not suitable for "parking scared", but maybe in the case you could ask the landlords for an exchange with the more simple parking of the son ...? We had a wonderful week - thank you!

Studio in Hippach im Zillertal

We stayed in Lissi's place for a week and felt very comfortable! We were greeted personally by Lissi and were even able to move into the room an hour earlier. The 2 pieces of homemade chocolate cream cake were really great!! Thanks for that! She explained everything to us, where to find what, etc. The newly renovated room with bathroom and kitchen had everything you needed. Refrigerator incl. freezer, microwave with grill and convection, 2 ceramic hobs, Senseo coffee machine, towel heater and also enough storage space was available. The balcony has a great view. Good restaurants and shops for everyday use were all nearby. Various ski resorts are easy to reach. Whether by bus, train or car. A TV, a radio and Yahtzee as well as Ludo were also there. The roll service was great and practical. In the morning, just before 7 AM, the fresh rolls were hanging outside the door. We definitely recommend the place!

The spacious building is situated on a hillside, surrounded by lush greenery and other residences. Balconies with railings are visible on the upper levels, providing access to the scenic views of the surrounding landscape.

Sparkling new apartment with wonderful views and a spacious modern bathroom. You get used to the 52 stairs to the apartment.

The house is perfect for large groups! Many bedrooms and bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with industrial dishwasher, many seating areas, a grill and the best is the view! There is also a bread roll service. Herrmann is very friendly and helpful. Everything went great! 😊
