The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

It is located in a nice area, centrally in Utrecht, with a garden on the water and within a 10-minute walk you are in the center of Utrecht! You can rent a parking permit for the entire area from us on site for €7.50 per day. (That is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual in Utrecht!)

The top floor has been completely renovated and equipped with every comfort to be rented as an apartment. The studio is located in the historic "Old Harbour" surrounded by nature and beautiful buildings by the famous architect Dudok.

It's a beautiful, pretty quiet neighborhood close to the Central Station, downtown and the Jaarbeurs. Furthermore, a large room of approximately 20 m2 with a double bed, wardrobe, table and lazy chair.
