In summer it makes for a terrific spot to swim and lounge in the sun. In winter taking a refreshing plunge in the river after using our Finnish Sauna is highly recommended. Free coffee from fully automatic coffee machine as extra service. The vast majority of the electricity you use is generated sustainably with roof solar panels. the house is air-conditioned.

Welcome to our family home in a quiet neighborhood in Hilversum, 5 minutes by bike from the train station (20 min. to Amsterdam), the city center and the heath. 150 m2 bright house with living room with TV (incl. streaming), piano, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 3 of which with double bed, study with narrow single bed and two bathrooms. There is a front garden with morning sun (seating area) backyard with evening sun (dining table, bench). Bicycles, fine basics and sweet CAT included!

Our lovely house is available for you during our holidays! It is build in the 30's and has many original details and a large garden where you can enjoy the sun. Perfect for a family holiday. Onze accommodatie ligt in de historische binnenstad van Utrecht. De ruimte is vlakbij alle mooie musea, goede restaurants en cafés. U zult genieten van mijn plek omdat het een accommodatie in een eeuwenoude werfkelder is, met alles erop en eraan. De kelder is begin 2019 volledig gerenoveerd en voorzien van een nieuwe moderne keuken met benodigde apparatuur. Mijn ruimte is geschikt voor dagjesmensen, stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang.

Comfortable townhouse nearby Amsterdam. The house has a spacious living room and two bedrooms. The house is suited for 3 guests. Towels and linen are provided. A well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Shower gel is not provided. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner cooker, oven, a dishwasser, a Nespresso machine and several cooking and eating utensils. At the back of the house there is a small terrace with seating. Free Wi-fi and the use of the (smart) tv is available.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a lovely sunny garden on the southeast. You can sleep on a great bed in a quiet bedroom. The bathroom is simple and clean. You can park in front of the door.

Authentic, comfortable workers' house (1910) with lovely garden. A quiet place in a village part of Utrecht and yet close to shops, stations and the city center, with all kinds of nice coffee and eateries 'around the corner'. There are 3-4 sleeping places: the "master bedroom" (bed 140x200) and the sofa bed in the living room (120x200), all without morning sun. Furthermore, you can put your own crib in the room of one of my daughters.
