Ruwani is the best host and her place is FANTASTIC!!! Clean, neat, quiet, and location can't be beat. Pictures are very accurate. Also you're only 10 minutes away from downtown Dallas and many food options in the immediate area. There's also a Kroger supermarket only 2 blocks away and ample parking if you're renting a car. It's a gated apartment complex so it was nice that there was extra security and the laundry facilities on property were free to use and easy to access. WiFi was easy to connect to and all of her instructions were clear and accurate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! BOOK NOW if it's available!!!

This was literally THE most well-appointed Air BNB I’ve ever stayed in! It had literally everything that you could possibly need. Thoughtful touches everywhere from shampoo and conditioner, to individually wrapped condiments to coffee with to go cups and purified water jugs! And that’s just a fraction of them. The place is spacious- perfect for my family of 5 in the most desirable location of University Park just across the street from SMU and right near Snider Plaza. I will absolutely be back! Matthew was a wonderful communicator. Check in was a breeze. Heads up that the washer in the unit is coin operated- $1.50 per load but he has it set up where you get one load for free. Dryer is free. So if you’re staying awhile just know you’ll need some quarters. Thanks for a great stay Matthew- you sure do know how to wow someone with a 5 Star Stay!

Susanna’s listing was an absolute 10 out of 10. Her communication skills were exceptional, and she was incredibly prompt in resolving any issues we may have encountered. Second time staying here; So glad it was available! Cleanliness is always on point. It’s not like other places that have reviews where people are saying that it’s clean and then you show up to find spider webs, odors or dust. William and Adam’s place is consistently clean and very well kept. They definitely pay attention to detail and I just love being there.

The home was very homey and comfortable. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, linens, plugs, kitchen supplies, etc. Comfortable beds. It has a separate office as well as another desk space upstairs that worked great for WFH. Nice backyard too. Host was responsive and helpful. Location is great near lots of restaurants and has easy access. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Quang’s place long term and it was a wonderful stay. I didn’t need for anything as the house was fully equipped and just as described in the pictures. Everything was clean and I had plenty of space. The desk helped a lot, working from home. The location is perfect. Close to downtown and other fun, local cities. Overall, a better than expected stay. I would absolutely recommend staying at any of Quang’s properties.

Host was very responsive and very, very nice! Home was really lovely, very spacious and accommodated our family well. Great location by Highland Park Village for shopping, food and drinks. Primary suite is very large and comfortable and has private balcony for enjoying morning coffee or evening breeze! Has garage if you want to park inside and home was very clean. Overall, a really GREAT find and would definitely stay here again!!

We have a wonderful day. I have no complaints a great place for great price. Definitely looking forward to booking with them again. The only thing I has trouble with was the temperature with the water it was too hot at times but if you let it run for a bit it get to perfect temp

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely spot! The place was incredibly cozy and spotless, making me feel right at home. The location was fantastic - just a stone's throw away from great bars and restaurants, public transportation, markets, and even a pharmacy. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to both couples and solo travelers. The atmosphere was super welcoming, making my stay truly unforgettable.

I’ve been staying in Airbnbs all month, and this was hands down the best one. Beautifully decorated, super clean, really quiet, and Ajen was so nice and quick to respond. I was seriously impressed with how clean (or maybe brand new?) the dishes and utensils were. Most places I didn’t even want to cook in the kitchen, but here I made meals both nights with no worries. The ocean view was a huge plus too—wish I could’ve stayed longer. Thanks so much for having me!

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

The stay was great. The scenery was amazing especially the lake. Clean, nice and spacious enough to hang around. Would definitely come back again.
