Enjoyed the pool and perfect location for our activities.

My family of 7 were fortunate enough to be guests at Timothy’s listing and it was superb. Check in and entry was super easy, the home was spotless and fully stocked as advertised. We never had to look very far for the essentials, nor the simplicity’s (coffee, tea, ketchup, etc). The pool was a safe haven from the Texas heat well kept and welcoming. We used the kitchen and living room most; we felt right at home. We loved this listing and hoped to make it one of our favorites to help us enjoy Dallas. Thank you Timothy!!

Great private residence! Extremely quiet neighborhood. Great host. There were cupcakes and strawberries in the fridge for us with clear instructions in a binder on how to use everything. Johanns house was great and Charlene was a fantastic cohost!

This was my first Airbnb and it was a great experience and the host made me feel comfortable 100% it was so comfortable and peaceful I even fell asleep by the pool, I will definitely rent again 💜

This house had everything we needed for our home away from home. Autumn was always quick to respond and assist with our needs! Beds were very comfortable, neighborhood was very safe and the location is close to so many wonderful options! We would absolutely stay again!

The place truly felt like a vacation! Did not feel like you were in the city at all. The backyard was such a peaceful oasis to just lounge in the pool, catch a tan and relax. The style and decor of the house were TOO cute!! They made everything so simple to undress like the hot tub and dishwasher by having QR codes to scan for short to the point videos that they made themselves which I found incredibly helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Born and raised in North Dallas, I moved away almost 15 years ago. I've only been home twice and this was one of them. Had a not-so-great experience my first night at a DIFFERENT property and packed my family up to move to Julia's in the middle of the night. This home is absolutely darling. Well stocked with a gated side driveway plus parking in front for a few vehicles. I grew up off a busy intersection so I felt right at home! It was CLEAN, refreshing, and most of all welcoming. The backyard is perfect for entertaining and the pool is a must for hot Texas days. We've already "favorited" this home for our next visit, which will be sooner than later! Julia is so sweet and communicative - her place is a must stay!

Had a great weekend trip with our group. The home was perfect, exactly as advertised. I was very impressed with the cleanliness. I recommend anyone heading to Dallas to book with Keith. One of the best homes that I have stayed in!

Barry is an awesome host that responds instantly. The house was great and it’s in the best location ever for nightlife and good food. We enjoyed the back patio and the large garage. While there is a lot around the area to do, this house is removed just enough from the Greenville strip so sleeping at night is comfortable and quiet. I would recommend this house and Barry as a host to anyone visiting Dallas with friends or family. Great for younger kids too as the back yard is fenced in and large. Thanks Barry & team!

5 Stars Our stay from May 31 to June 8 was exactly as expected—which means it was excellent. The home was just as advertised: clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully prepared. The pool and hot tub, along with the outdoor patio area, added greatly to our comfort and enjoyment. We also appreciated having access to the game room, which we made good use of during our stay. Crista was a responsive and respectful host—available if needed, while giving us complete privacy. Our family truly enjoyed the stay, and I would gladly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed and relaxing place to stay.

Kate was an outstanding host. Very responsive, helpful, and flexible. We booked her place to host a small gathering after our baby shower. She was very accommodating and was flexible with our checkin and check out options. I also forgot my personal belongings upon check out and Kate worked with me to retrieve back my items. The house is great for hosting and the hot tub is a bonus!

Absolute gorgeous home! Relocated to the area & spent 4 months at property that we were very disappointed in. Our home build was delayed & we had to extend our stay & decided to look elsewhere. The previous property was our first with Airbnb, so we were very hesitant to book again. Luckily we found Mo’s property & it was exactly as described. No editing or exaggerated filters on the pictures. Honestly the home seemed very new & hardly lived in! Very clean & much more spacious than it appeared. Literal minutes away from plenty of shopping & restaurants!! Mo was a great host, very responsive & attentive! We enjoyed ourselves so much that immediately after checking out, we booked the property again for our family coming in town for vacation. If had to list a drawback, traffic on the street is slightly annoying. The driveways in the community only fit two cars, so there is a lot of parking on the street, making driving down the street a tight, but totally out of Mo’s control.

We had a nice stay at this house during Thanksgiving week. We enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balcony to visit. The living room was perfect for our family. Everyone had a place to sit to enjoy football and movies. The kitchen worked well. I did have to purchase a few items that the kitchen did not have but left it for the next guest. Overall, I would recommend this house to friends.

Had a great time here in Dallas! The house was great and had everything our group needed. The location was nice and there was a lot to do in the area. The neighborhood is very lively and felt like everyone knew each other :). Micah was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend !!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house very well stocked with starter essentials. The home was big and spacious and great kitchen as advertised. We also enjoyed kayaking, fishing and swimming in the pond. Also took advantage of the backyard hot tub, while also enjoying the backyard seating area. This place looked just like the photos.! It was perfect.! Not far from the interstate.! Walmart was about 10 minutes away. They were very helpful when I asked any questions.! This house was amazing.!! The outside area is the chill spot.! He has tvs everywhere outside so you won’t miss any that your watching.!

My friends and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! Though the kitchen could include a little more tools (oven mitts, scissors, more paper towels) and be a little cleaner (needs a good deep clean), as well as replacing some dead light bulbs, it made the perfect low key bachelorette space. The pool is more of a girl pool than a swimming pool but it was perfect for sitting and chatting while cooling off which was exactly what we needed! We got ready here the morning of my wedding and it was simply perfect!
