Private room close to everything

Place is very quiet, close to I 35 & George Bush Turnpike. All amenities within 1/2 mi. Walmart, and "Korea town" 1 mi from the house. Bus 5 minutes' walk. On-demand DART to/from home to/from the station no extra cost. Guest has access to a full remodeled kitchen, the living room and of course a bathroom. Bathroom, kitchen and common spaces are cleaned everyday. I am living there and have some talks with guests if we meet in the common space, however I am very discreet and don't bother them.

Private room and bathroom with queen bed and closet. Great room for resting, sleeping in, and relaxing. Home has a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Home has an a patio in the front to enjoy and relax! The backyard is equipped with a patio set to enjoy the sun. The entire home is also available to book on a separate listing. In accordance to City of Dallas ordinance, my fees include 7% occupancy fee. Airbnb automatically charges 6% for Texas occupancy fee and their service fees.

My 32' vintage, custom-built Airstream is a hidden gem in Urbandale, a neighborhood only 15 minutes from downtown that's filled with unique architecture, old trees, and multicultural flavor. This trailer feels like it's parked in a national forest, yet sits safely in my verdant backyard. Covered parking is removed from the road and secure. Come spend a couple of days among the trees! The kids will not generally be within earshot until 7:15am.
