Fabulous. Safe. Exactly as described, beds are comfortable, place is modern and so spacious. I have a pretty nice, modern home in a great location and I didn't want to leave this place. 2 entrances to the unit; you could park right outside of your door and enter through the porch if you want. However... if you don't get a parking spot early enough in the evening, be prepared to walk. Nearly everything is reserved parking. It is not a dealbreaker. That's how great the place is. The complex and others around it seem like they are in the middle of nowhere, but they aren't. Once you put everything into Maps, you're like 16-20 minutes from anywhere worth being. Lake is nice. Great number of towels, bedding didn't feel cheap, TVs in every room, sofa is big and comfortable, enough cooking supplies, great light coming in. Host is immediately responsive and sent us items through Walmart+ immediately. Host is not obsessive or oppressive, not threatening fees the whole time. Wow. I'll be back.

This place delivered exactly what was promised and then some. We normally stay at hotels because we don't need the extra amenities provided by AirBnB. However this trip we needed a bit more than usual, and we lucked out with this place. It fits up to five guests which was the size of our group, it's in a great location in Irving, walkable, lots of restaurants nearby, and it feels private and safe, especially for those traveling with family. We had a late check-in and the host was still available and responded quickly to questions. The checkout was just as great as they don't have 100 things for you to do like other listings which makes you feel like the cleaning fees are actually worth it. all in all great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking in the area.

I think for the price it was a very good value. I LOVED getting tickets to the Botanical Garden with my stay. I also loved the free cup of coffee... they had pretty good food as well. I visited with my mother and 9 year old daughter. We felt safe in the gated community (the property is set up like an apartment/hotel), but we would not feel comfortable walking around outside the gated community at night. Our neighbors were pretty quiet during our stay. The home was clean, and the community pool was clean as well. It was in the high 80's while we were in Dallas. We turned the air to 75 and it stayed at 81 the 3 days we stayed. That said there were fans in both rooms, so we were still able to sleep ok. The toilet stopped flushing the last night we were there. I let Jean know of our concern about the toilet and she said maintenance would be there to check it out.

Comfortable place to stay for a few nights, had what we needed, and was in a safe, quiet gated community which was great.

Came To Visit For My 28th Birthday. The Skyview Was A Beautiful Sight To See Waking Up.

Very spacious. It look a lot better in person. Love the master bathroom. I felt right at home. It’s worth the stay!

Place is very nice. Pool was excellent outdoor space was phenomenal. Had a lot of TVs will return.

The house was super cute! We loved enjoying the hot tub with a beautiful view. The host was responsive when we had questions and even let us check in early when we got out of my sisters cheer competition earlier than expected.

Our stay was beyond, perfect and so peaceful!! Minh was simply amazing to interact with... upon arrival, the home was exactly as described facing the amazing view of the lake . It was incredibly clean, making the overall stay quite enjoyable.! I could not recommend a better stay in the Rowlett area. Thank you, Minh!!

Gorgeous home and a beautiful location! The home is brand new, beautifully decorated, and had wonderful views of the lake. Mimi was great and answered our requests quickly. Lots of construction on that peninsula so be prepared for that but it’s worth it for the stay! Definitely need a car.
