Rita was an absolute angel of a host! We had a minor noise issue and as soon as I messaged her about it (11:30 PM) she got it fixed right away! She was an amazing host! We will definitely be booking with her again!🩷

It was exactly everything we needed. Comfy adjustable bed, nice big shower, washer and dryer, quiet neighborhood, and great location! Great hosts too. We would definitely stay here again.

It was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for my "mother-daughter" time with my kid. 🥰 the best part i liked, was the fact that it was close to what we needed to be close to. It was super easy to check-out as well. 🥰🥰

Fabulous. Safe. Exactly as described, beds are comfortable, place is modern and so spacious. I have a pretty nice, modern home in a great location and I didn't want to leave this place. 2 entrances to the unit; you could park right outside of your door and enter through the porch if you want. However... if you don't get a parking spot early enough in the evening, be prepared to walk. Nearly everything is reserved parking. It is not a dealbreaker. That's how great the place is. The complex and others around it seem like they are in the middle of nowhere, but they aren't. Once you put everything into Maps, you're like 16-20 minutes from anywhere worth being. Lake is nice. Great number of towels, bedding didn't feel cheap, TVs in every room, sofa is big and comfortable, enough cooking supplies, great light coming in. Host is immediately responsive and sent us items through Walmart+ immediately. Host is not obsessive or oppressive, not threatening fees the whole time. Wow. I'll be back.

If you are looking for a getaway, this is the home for you! So close to Bishop Arts which has many great restaurants, shops, and bars. Very walkable and friendly. The home is a bit older which has lots of character. You can hear people walking upstairs but it didn't bother nor wake me up when i slept! The bed? SO comfortable!!! I truly enjoyed my space - thank you!

The apartment was centrally located and the neighborhood was peaceful. Within walking distance of the DART public transportation which was very easy to navigate through. I really enjoyed the apartment especially the walk in shower and the magnifying mirror in the bathroom. There were lots of windows letting the sunlight in. Wished I was able to sit out on the patio, it’s so hot and muggy during the afternoons. I’m not used to the Dallas weather in April. Thank you Joe for being a great host!

Great place to take a pause. Well cared for and thoughtful finishings. Worth booking to have a restful experience while enjoying Dallas area. My pup and I are on a cross country trip and it was a wonderful refreshing experience. Thanks for having us.

Latisha's Place is Exquisite. Loved Loved Loved the Location. The Apartment was so clean and the nice touches like candles, drinks, and extra throw blankets made it feel like being right at home. I absolutely love a good outdoor space and this apartment did not disappoint with the amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed the rooftop terrace watching the sunset daily, the pool deck for a nice cool down, and the gym for a great full body workout. I did not need a car, very walkable area. Little did I know that everything I had planned for the weekend was right near the apartment so it was so easy to leave and come back whenever. I felt safe being out alone. Would most definitely return for another stay whenever I am in town.

my work trip got extended. Unfortunately the unit I was in was booked. I didn't want to stay anywhere else and fortunately this unit was available. Jessi made the move over painless. and even let us check in early. While slightly smaller than the first place. It was just as spotless and comfortable and well equipped with everything you would need. We loved our stay and you will to. This is one of the best Airbnb we ever stayed at. Will stay here every time we are in the area. Hurry up and book it before it's gone.

this was a beautiful home I would definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area they were very clear with how to access the property once I checked in they made sure if I had any questions they were available for anything it made me feel like they truly cared about the property and my experience i like the fact they have dark towels i didn't feel like I would mess them up lol awesome stay

The place was great! We enjoyed the views and downtown atmosphere. Finding the lockbox where the keys are kept in the parking garage was a bit tricky, but the instructions left by our host were step-by-step and even included pictures, which made a huge difference. The apartment was spotless when we arrived, and some snacks had been left for us, perfect after our drive there. So thoughtful! We didn't do any cooking or use the kitchen much during our time there, but it looked to be fully equipped. The living room had lots of natural lighting and a comfy couch. There was plenty of space for us to keep our luggage in the closet attached to the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious (and well stocked) as well. The bedroom was lovely! I have a bad back and always feel worried about sleeping on a new mattress when travelling, but the king sized bed was perfectly soft, and I was able to sleep through both nights of our stay. That really meant a lot to me. We'd definitely stay here again :)

The unit was truly amazing. Host went above and beyond to have guest feel at home. The complementary toiletries, and even having a nice cup of coffee in the morning really made the vacation feel comfortable. The unit itself has amazing amenities, and the host were available for any questions we had. The beds were super comfortable. I will definitely be renting again when I come back to Dallas.
