This is a fun house, but not a party house!!! We want everyone to have a good time and to respect the surrounding neighbors. No more than 12 people allowed in the home at one time. Quiet hours start at 10pm (especially outdoors). Failure to abide by these rules will result in loss of $1,000 deductible and immediate removal from the home.
