We had the best time during our visit to Dallas. The apartment is within walking distance to the best donut shop, breakfast, and boutiques and is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The hosts were exceptional, and we are looking forward to staying here again in the fall!!

My stay at this Airbnb home was just amazing! From booking to check-out, everything was smoothly and perfectly organized. The hostess was extremely friendly and helpful, she made sure that I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly furnished and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location was unbeatable – close to everything I wanted to explore, yet quiet enough to relax. I would recommend this place without hesitation and can't wait to come back soon. Easy to find, big and decorated so nicely. Having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths was a game-changer. The street was a bit noisy, but having so much space made up for that! Highly recommend!!

Rudy's place was peaceful, clean, and very comfortable. It's in a beautiful part of town with the Katy Trail a short walk away. I felt very at home for the week I was there. Rudy was a kind, flexible, and responsive host. I'd definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a restful place in the center of Dallas.

The place was beautiful and spacious! The decor was especially nice. Many extra amenities were provided. The host was friendly and provided very responsive communication. The location had nice restaurants within walking distance and was a very close drive to most of Dallas sights. Check in and check out we’re both very easy. This will be our first choice when we travel to Dallas!

We had a wonderful stay at this place!!!The moment you step inside, you can feel an inviting atmosphere. Every corner has been carefully curated with an eye for detail and good taste. It is a space that effortlessly combines functionality with style. Lighting is also perfect! The host was super friendly and attentive and the location was a plus too. Highly recommended :)

Nick has been truly a super host . Right from day 1 he ensured I felt comfortable and he helped me get settled in. This place is strategically located with Downtown 10 mins away and it is located with majority of amenities close by (Kroger / DART bus Stop etc. walking distance). The house is exactly what is represented in the photographs. Once again Thank you Nick for hosting me :)

Great convenient place to stay when visiting Dallas. The Traeger grill is great for cooking, there are patios on multiple levels to enjoy when the weather is nice outside.

Booked a short trip and this Airbnb was exactly what we needed! I appreciated the clear instructions, how clean the Airbnb was, and overall all of the amenities provided. The host Nick was very helpful and you can tell that he takes very good care of the place. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice and clean Airbnb in a great central location.

Cota’s place was perfect for us. Close to our event. It was very convenient & comfortable.

Donna is an excellent host. I spent 5 weeks in Donna’s beautiful and peacefully decorated condo. She was always very responsive and accommodating. I brought by cat and needed to ship litter, food and a litter box and she brought it all in which was a huge time saver and relief not to have to go out after a long travel day. I would highly recommend both of Donna’s condos. I have no doubt I will be back before I move to Dallas.

This location is 100. So easy to access and lovely and peaceful inside. Will definitely be booking again for all my Dallas business trips.

great little place. very comfortable and spacious. the only thing I did not like is the window over the office doesn't have blinds or anything, so it's very bright in the morning if you want to sleep in it's a little hard

Had a great stay! The place was comfortable, clean, and perfect for relaxing. Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was amazing to put it simply. The place was super easy to find and is in a very nice area. Host was gave clear instructions and check in was easy. The place was extremely neat and clean. If I am ever visiting the area again, I would 100% rebook. 10/10 No complaints.

I just returned home after a 3 week stay at Nathan’s AirBNB and it was perfect! It was centrally located to where I needed to be, and had everything I could want and need close by. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and was pristine when I arrived. The host reached out to me before arrival to provide restaurant suggestions, which was much appreciated. Next summer I will be retuning to Dallas, and plan on returning to this AirBNB.

Really nice views. Nice tvs. Bedroom tv has great angle adjustments. Really nice main bathroom. Dream location for going to events at stadium

I had a delightful stay! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with calming aromatherapy and soothing sounds playing on the TV. The hosts thoughtfully provided treats on the counter, in the refrigerator, and in the cabinets, which was a lovely touch. There were a few brief community disruptions, such as a temporary electricity outage for a few hours and a water shutoff for about an hour—these were beyond the host’s control and affected the entire community. Throughout, the host maintained clear communication. Overall, it was a peaceful, cozy retreat in a charming, fully equipped home.

Great place to stay. Nice restaurants around. Only thing is my husband and I had to shower with Luke warm water the first couple nights because the shower handle was a little weird, but Ken helped us out.
