We really enjoyed our stay! It felt very comfortable like we were at home, it wasn’t too far from things to do. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay! I came for 1.5 weeks for work and the apartment was very close to my work and the location is very peaceful. The place was so nice and comfortable and was one of the best stocked airbnbs that I’ve stayed at and has everything you need for a great stay! The bed and couch are both very comfy too! Joseph was very communicative and helpful also. I would book this place again if it became available in these next few months of working in Dallas.

Guys if you're the type that sits there and does a massive amount of research before finally deciding on a place, you're in luck, this one hits all the marks. Free parking was a HUGE bonus. Parking in this city is tough and expensive, so having a free spot available to us at all times was really nice. The place is pristine. Extremely clean. Has the amenities you need, all the kitchen stuff you need. Comfortable bed. Easy and quick to get in and out of the place. Central location close to a lot of the attractions in Dallas. Friendly and responsive host. You really can't go wrong with this one. I can't really think of anything that would have made it any better except for maybe having an extra bed/pull out sofa for additional guests/kids. Also, the view of the city is amazing. Great value when you consider everything. Thank you for the great experience!!

What a lovely little spot! AC was incredible on a hot Texas weekend. Put the kitchen to good use and made some tasty meals. Loved having such a cozy living room, awesome couch and tv setup!!! There was a weird chair in the closet. We don’t talk about weird chair…. 10/10 stay!

Herbert is a great host and everything went smoothly. The Apartment is clean, comfortable and very livable and the area is really safe, fun and friendly with all the amenities. It's also close enough to downtown in an uber that it works well for those on a business trip. My son was in town for a tournament so we caught up and had a memorable night with some locals in the rooftop bar at Hide. Recommend strongly. And the Jalapeño Chicken Burger at the River Pig Saloon around the corner from the apartment was my favourite snack of the trip!

Our stay was great and location was great For all that we needed. Just a small awareness just because I am a light sleeper, it’s close to the airport so you could easily hear flights coming and going. That’s something we should have considered so nothing on the listing. Overall location was great :)

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay here. You can’t beat the location. It’s walkable to the downtown area, lots of coffee shops and restaurants right up the road! That was the best part about the stay. We didn’t need to call any Ubers or pay for street parking because everything was so close. We really enjoyed how spacious the Airbnb was and the clean linens and towels that were provided. The AC worked great and was ice cold throughout our stay. My only qualm was that the listing mentions free entry to the Dallas Arboretum, however, they don’t state that you need to make the reservation 48 hours in advance. I wish we’d had known beforehand so that we could’ve made it. Otherwise, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this listing.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as pictured, very clean and full of charm. It's an older building with lots of character, which adds to the experience. The location was fantastic and made it easy to explore the city. Just a heads-up: since it's in the city, there is some street noise, but that’s to be expected. Overall, a lovely spot and would stay again!

We had a great stay at this two-bedroom condo! The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor pool was a fantastic bonus, and the gated parking made things super convenient and secure. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

The apartment was very clean, well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, easy to access, and close to the highway. The bed was cozy, shower was huge, and felt very spacious and modern. AC worked well the whole time, laundry conveniently in unit, and close by to the garage which always had spots open. The walking trails around the canal and adjacent lake made for a nice way to get steps in after work. I enjoyed my stay and if I am back in DFW for business I will be staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely Airbnb. It’s in a great central location to get to all of the Dallas attractions. The place was very clean and cozy. We appreciated the provided water, coffee, and other small touches that made us feel welcome. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the closets spacious. The complex had really nice amenities, especially the beautiful pool. The host provided very clear instructions on getting into the parking garage & condo. She was also very responsive to questions. We would absolutely stay here again!

The apartment was exactly as described. neighborhood and complex were very quiet and in a great location near lots of restaurants and shops. Apartment was super clean and the docking station and dual monitors were great to have for working during rhe day. Definitely would stay again next time in town!

The apartment was great, the first thing I noticed right when I walked in was the smell. It smelled awesome, refreshing and then noticed how clean and organized everything was. Good stay for sure, I’d book again.

Great and fantastic place to stay at! I enjoyed my stay here and I appreciated how responsive Josiah was and how helpful he was overall I had a great experience, even though I did not use all the amenities you will not be disappointed in staying at this Airbnb.

I have no complaints at all, the place is beautiful, I wish I could’ve stayed longer. It was close to everything I did & the host were super responsive and detailed about how to get in the building where to go etc. The ONLY thing to note before you book is that this is in the heart of Downtown Dallas, so it may not be all that quiet at all times of the day, especially at night. I didn’t mind, but something to be aware of. Otherwise the place is beautiful and I love the little “fireplace”.
