Monthly Rentals in Avilés

Villa Yoli was a beautiful homely apartment in an excellent location. It was very easy to find and the underground parking provided was excellent. Very clear instructions were given for both. Carlos was extremely helpful as we needed somewhere to stay at short notice. The apartment was so homely with a nice balcony, so we stayed in and cooked and enjoyed the relaxing surroundings. No noise was heard from any neighbours and both the photos and description were extremely accurate. Unfortunately we only had one night but would love to return to explore the area more. Both Carlos (as a host) and Villa Yoli come highly recommended. 🤩🤩

The house is quite close to the beach and being a 5th, you can rest very well because the street noises do not reach. You can walk around the beach area, which is really nice

Both Miguel Ángel and his wife were very friendly and helpful to us. When we arrived they were already waiting for us, they gave us access to the garage and explained everything about the apartment. They also made recommendations for restaurants to eat at and places to visit. The next day, they were interested in asking us how our night had been, and on the last day they also came to say goodbye. The apartment is very good, located in a nice area and with a lot of atmosphere. Everything highly recommended!!
