Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Herceg Novi Municipality

Our family had an incredible stay at this beautiful villa in Boka Bay! The stunning views from the top terrace and surrounding mountains took our breath away. The villa itself is spacious a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, a great barbecue aside the swimming pool (not big to swim but great to refresh) and was perfect for our needs and for relaxing together. We loved exploring the nearby beaches and enjoying some delicious restaurants indicated by our host. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided fantastic recommendations for our stay. If you're looking for a perfect getaway in Montenegro, this villa is an absolute must! We can't wait to return!

Liebe Marica und lieber Marko, vielen lieben Dank euch noch mal für Ihre Gastfreundschaft und die Möglichkeit, in eurem Haus zu bleiben! Die Lage der Unterkunft ist paradiesisch, dieser Aussicht von dem ganzen Grundstück auf die grünen Berge und Meer ist umwerfend! Wir haben es sehr genossen, draußen auf der Terrasse an dem großen Tisch zu essen (der Tisch ist neu und noch nicht auf den Fotos) und im beheizten Pool zu baden. Das war perfekt. Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei Häuser. In einem ist ein Schlafzimmer mit Galerie. In anderem gibt es zwei Einheiten jeweils mit separatem Eingang (ein Schlafzimmer in 1. Etage, zwei Schlafzimmer zusammen in 2. Etage). Alle Einheiten haben eigenes Bad. In der Unterkunft ist alles, was man braucht, vorhanden und sogar noch mehr, weil die Besitzer auch selbst da wohnen. Die Zufahrt ist nicht einfach, aber auf jeden Fall machbar, man soll gut Auto fahren können. Marko gibt viele nützliche Tipps und ist sehr hilfsbereit und humorvoll. Viele Grüße

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! A little piece of paradise tucked away in the hills above the beautiful Bay of Kotor. The house is comfortable (with effective air-conditioning and reliable WiFi), but it's the large outside space that really steals the show - lots of terraces with seating and umbrellas or trees for shade, we enjoyed eating all our meals in different places! Relaxing with a cool beer and a book with those amazing views and the sound of the cicadas was heavenly. The kids loved the pool (which is bigger than it appears in the photos) and it's all wonderfully private. As mentioned in other reviews, the 10-mins drive up from Morinj is steep and narrow (don't rent too big a car!), and it took a while to get used to parking in the steep driveway, so this place is not suitable for nervous drivers, or in fact for anyone with mobility problems. There is loads to do in the area - you could have a chilled-out beach holiday, soak up historic culture, or enjoy hiking and watersports. Perast, Kotor, Porto Montenegro and Herceg Novi are all within easy reach. The tourist areas and beaches were busy, but we had expected that in July. Alexandra and Gunther were fantastic hosts and always responded promptly with loads of information including practical details and tourist tips. Highly recommended!

Ova divna kuća je san snova za ljude koji žele pravi mir i odmor. Pravi biser! Ne znam sta je lepše-biti u kuci, na terasama ili u prelepom ambijentu oko bazena. Sve je pažljivo osmišljeno i ima svoju priču. Bajka❤️ Okolina je, takođe nestvarno lepa. Još je lepše nego što to slike mogu prikazati. Iskrene preporuke... Na celom poluostrvu je dosta plaža koje pričaju same za sebe. Boravak je nezaboravno i najlepše iskustvo u Crnoj Gori...

Cosy apartment with a stunning view. Was very convenient to have Katy living nearby, who kindly assisted us during the stay. Parking is a bit challenging, because there is not always a free space available next to the apartment

Appartement super bien situé géographiquement avec une belle vue sur la baie. Le logement est super bien équipé il y a de quoi cuisiner et tout était propre, nous n'avons eu qu'à racheter du papier toilette car nous étions là pour une semaine et des pastilles de lave vaisselle sinon tout est sur place. La vue est splendide et on y dort bien. Un petit litige à la fin du séjour mais régler à l'amiable quelques heures plus tard.

Es ist eine wunderschöne, top gepflegte Unterkunft weit weg von Stress und Lärm. Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein wunderschöner Poolbereich.. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer für einen da. Kleines Restaurant ist auch vorhanden, in dem man sehr lecker essen kann mit entspannender Musik im Hintergrund und einem gigantischen Ausblick auf Pool und die Landschaft im Hintergrund. Einfach ein Traum! Alles Top!! Jederzeit wieder!! Danke Dragan und Biljana!!

Great place, great host, ferry sightseeing at night was a nice add yo the list. Host was responsive and very helpful!

Place is even better in person! It’s a great location to visit the best spots in Montenegro if you hire a car but taxis are also available. Petar was responsive all the way through. We were a family of six with multiple devices and he made sure we had adequate data in the house! Would definitely recommend!

Villa Perfetto is a great place to relax away from the more populated areas of Kotor, Tivat, Budva, etc... the swimming is fantastic. All the amenities are there and functional. Large patio umbrellas are great for a day by the water. Underwater lights for night swimming also great. Beds are comfy. Two large bays for cars was a huge plus. Though the area isn't as developed as the big tourist spots, it's a short drive to all of them. I would definitely come back.

et helt fantastisk hus og beliggenhed. Det levede op til forventningerne. Vi var en familie på 9 personer og der var masser af plads, et perfekt hus til en stor familie. huset har den smukkeste udsigt jeg ikke turde drømme om. dog er det ikke så let at finde, men når man først har fundet det, er der guld i vente. This place in Rose is amazing. I don’t think there’s a better place to stay in all of Montenegro. The house is situated on the waterfront in a cute little village with great connections by boat to Herceg Novi as well. In less than 15 seconds you can go from under your beach umbrella into the crystal clear water. Everything was very proper and well kept in the house and we received a warm welcome on checking in, and check out was also a breeze. If this place is free for your dates make sure to snag it before someone else does! All the locals were surprised we had discovered Rose, it seems to be a well kept little secret. Best vacation we’ve had in a long time.

Wir haben 10 Tage in der Villa verbracht und sind absolut begeistert. Die Gastgeber sind einfach nur herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Selten wurden wir so gastfreundlich empfangen. Am Anreisetag war der Kühlschrank bereits mit dem nötigsten befüllt, dazu gab es noch Tomaten aus dem eigenen Anbau und frische Eier von den eigenen Hühnern, was unsere Kinder sehr gefreut hat 🤩. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Pool ist ebenfalls sauber und sehr groß. Für uns war das ideal, da wir so nicht gezwungen waren bei der Hitze an den Strand zu fahren, damit die Kinder baden können. Wir haben somit nach dem Frühstück am Pool entspannt und sind dann nachmittags an den Strand gefahren. Das Frühstück oder Abendessen kann man übrigens auf der riesengroßen Dachterrasse zu sich nehmen mit herrlichem Weitblick. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits, so dass man ein Auto braucht, um an den Strand zu fahren oder die Gegend zu erkunden. Oder man nimmt sich ein Taxi, was auch nur ein paar Euro zum Strand kostet. Für uns war die Entfernung kein Problem, denn genau sowas haben wir gesucht. Es gibt zwar keinen Meerblick, aber dafür Ruhe pur. Morgens hört man absolut nichts bis auf das zwitschern/zirpen der Grillen…ein Traum ☺️. Noch einmal herzlichen Dank an die lieben Gastgeber Andrija und Ivana, die uns diesen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht haben und immer engagiert waren, dass es uns an nichts fehlt!

We had amazing holidays with my friends in Montenegro. Jelena, Natasha and Marco provided everything we needed. They were all really helpful, gave us many recommendations and for the whole time we felt well taken care of. Everyone was super kind, we even got beautiful homemade magnets as a gift at the end of our stay. The home itself was also amazing, swimming pool was awesome for really hot weather and chillout. Whole place was super comfy and clean. Big big big recommendation! :)

The Waterfront Villa was beautiful and Nevena was the perfect host. The views from the villa are even better in person. Our favorite area was the large terrace overlooking the coastline where we spent every morning and evening together! There is seating for 12+. The villa had pretty much everything we needed. My favorite sleeping area was the downstairs huge studio with a small kitchen, bath/shower and two small terraces and a great air conditioner! The access to the water is just feet away and we frequented a few great restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk up the coastal walkway. For those with a car plan on parking it (Villa provides parking for two) driving everywhere is crazy and good luck trying to park once you get there. We used cabs throughout our entire stay.

Tolle Villa, sehr sauber, gute Ausstattung, toller Pool und Außenbereich. Alles auf hohem Niveau, makellose Bäder, es gibt Bademäntel, Schlappen, Duschbad, Shampoo und Bodylotion. Velibor ist ein immer erreichbarer und reaktionsschneller Gastgeber. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Bäckerein, Supermärkte und Restaurants, alles fußläufig zu erreichen.
