We really enjoyed our stay with Rade. We got a room with an ensuite. The room had everything we could need - fridge, kettle, ensuite, air conditioning, and TV. Rade was very helpful and recommended places for us to visit. He was really friendly and approachable if we had any questions. Overall highly recommend the place.

This is one of the best places we've stayed in Montenegro. The location is fantastic, close to the seashore and on the main road. The apartment is clean, modern, and spacious—perfect for a family and equipped with everything we needed. We would have loved to stay longer, and I'll definitely choose this place again if I visit Kotor.

Ivan is a super host who will fix everything what you need during your holiday! The apartment is maybe even nicer than in pictures with that amazing views from the balcony!!! Only two minutes walk from the beach. Highly recommend this place!!!

Petar is a friendly and committed host. He takes time for you to give tips about the area. This made sure I was able to eat delicious and affordable, that I had an unforgettable and relaxed boat trip (Petar walked with me to the boarding point at 8.30 am in the morning) and that, during the welcome, I was able to enjoy delicious home-brewed drinks. Amazing view from balcony. Amazing host. Good location. Close to the main road, but sounds are not too loud, so it was comfortable to stay there. Internet upload speed is not enough if you need it for work (zoom video calls for example). The rest is fine.

We didn't meet Ksenija but communicated with her was really smooth. We did the check-in through the owner's mother and she was friendly.

Everything was perfect! Good position to see all the beatiful cities near Sutvala (5 minutes by car to Kotor). Peaceful and lovely place and Ivan is always ready to help.

We had a great stay! Place was clean, very quiet area. No problem with heat even without aircon. Shady terrace with slight wind. Communication with Alexandra was great and we always got good advice. Happy to visit again.

We stayed in Majda's apartment for one month and absolutely loved it. The view is amazing and the patio is a wonderful place to sit and watch the cruise ships come and go and also to enjoy the beautiful bay and landscape. The apartment is exactly as pictured. It's new, very clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our long stay. It is located in Dobrota, which is about a 25 minute walk to Old Town. It's about a 15 minute walk to the waterfront where there are a lot of restaurants. There is a market about 5 minutes away. Majda and her husband our great hosts who are very responsive and kind. We hope to return and stay in that apartment again.

We had a wonderful stay at Ksenia's place. The place is beautiful. The location between the sea and the mountains is just a dream. Ksenia always responded kindly and helpful if we had any questions. We can only recommend it 🌼

I liked everything very much. The house corresponds to the description. There is everything you need nearby: a store, a cafe, and the beach is a 15-minute walk away.

Beautiful studio very close to city center. We really appreciate the early check-in since we gave a little advice to Andrija, who answered us immediately. Everything clean. From there you can reach both the beach and the city center with a very short walk.

I stayed with my wife between April 1 and April 6. We chose it by looking at the comments. It was enormous in location. Patisserie. Very close to the center. Very close to the market. The house was spotless and 0, the sheets I paid the most attention to. Most importantly, it has your own parking lot. Milena was very helpful because our flight was early, even though we arrived early, she allowed us to check in early because she was available and we did not have any hot water shortages. This is the only place we will recommend to our friend the next time we come. Thanks for everything 🤗

Very happy with Majda’s apartment. It was just as described, a stunning view out over the bay (the balcony was my favourite place) and all very clean and tidy. Majda was also always very quick to respond to any messages and incredibly friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from her. The only thing I would say is that there was a faint smell of cigarettes when we first arrived, however after a couple of days of airing out it did fade (or we got used to it). Smoking in Montenegro is very popular so not necessarily surprised, just not a smell we personally wanted. Location wise we were very happy with it, we personally preferred being outside of Kotor which is very busy, as well as anyway from the main road and constant car noise. It is a very good base if you’re happy to either drive into Kotor or can cope with the walk (we didn’t personally walk due to the high heat, but it definitely would have been possible). Overall, would definitely recommend Majda’s apartment!
