The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

Stefan's place is unique. Quiet neighborhood yet close to interesting places. I had direct contact with Stefan's sister, who is very kind and respectful of the privacy of the guests. From the very beginning, we felt like we were among loved ones. Stefan's mother provided us with delicious cookies and great charcuterie of her own. The house had everything we needed. Although Stefan was on the go, he took care of us remotely and I got plenty of restaurant recommendations from him. Clean bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed. A separate entrance and a separate part of the garden does not interfere with the houses. I highly recommend this place because of its charm, but most because of the great people.

just AMAZING! if you would like to have a quiet place in the middle of nature with an amazing pool and super fresh food it’s your place! we loved every minute beeing there. sloba and ivana made the days there unique - super friendly, heart warming and hard working people. these two people made our stay perfect and unforgettable. thanks for everything and all this amazing food ;)

Ivana's place is totally awesome, and was perfect for just relaxing with my family. We ordered the chef which was a fantastic experience, she cooked a whole lamb on the stick (Montenegrin style) which just blew our mind away . . . The villa is in a fantastic setting and all rooms overlook the spectacular sea view. The pool was amazing and kids loved it. The style of the interior was very original and unique. Only one thing we regret is not booking it for longer. but we will definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for your superb hospitality.

Fantastic! We had suck a lovely holiday, the apartment is in a great spot just a quick walk down to the water. There are a couple og restaurants right on the beach and the beach was great for kids. The water is crystal clear and perfect temperature, our kids spent the days swimming and playing in the water. The apartment has everything you need, clean and the balcony is great for relaxing in the afternoons. The host has a lot of local knowledge which comes in handy. We will definitely be visting again and staying in this apartment, thank you for an amazing holiday.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

Our short stay was wonderful. The house is well equipped, it literally has everything for a comfortable life. Incredible views from the bedroom windows. The sea right under the windows is especially impressive. Also you have a big desk in one of the bedrooms and a fast internet, so it’s perfect for work. The location to the cities of Montenegro is great. Not far from the house there is a beautiful sandy beach, which is suitable to visit with children. Also nearby is Lustica Bay with a promenade and restaurants. The hosts were excellent, greeted us and allowed late check-out. It was also nice to receive a gift bottle of wine. We will definitely plan another holiday for a longer period!

Ana and Zoran were fantastic hosts, Ana was very responsive and helpful even in moments where I was stuck with transportation or otherwise. I always felt as though I was in good hands. Zoran went out of his way to make my stay great and bless him, he even gave me a lift to the airport. Both are really friendly and accommodating. The house is basically in town so easy to get to and fro, it is clean and everything needed is provided. Thank you both for a lovely stay

I can’t recommend Daniela’s place enough! She was incredibly responsive and offered great recommendations. She even went the extra mile to book a car rental for us. I’ll definitely stay at her place again when I return to Kotor.

They allowed me to do early check-in which i really appreciated. Apartment located inside of the old town where it’s pretty and peaceful. The apartment itself is great especially the combo wash-dryer machine! Would recommend this place to anyone who visit Kotor!

Comfortable and cozy apartment, has everything you need for living, perfect cleanliness and order. Hospitable, punctual hosts, were always in touch. The owner was understanding and allowed us to move into the apartment before the specified time and leave a little later when checking out. We were a little tired of going up and down from the apartment to the sea, but thanks to this we did not gain extra weight on vacation :)

I stayed at the property for 1 week in March 2025. I found it clean and tidy and as described. Location in the Old City is perfect to enjoy the ambiance and experience yet it is away from the pubs bars and restaurants so there was little disturbance. Excellent choice if you are looking for a place in the Old City. Just one thing to consider - the apartment is 5th floor and no lift.

The apartment was just as described and it was really easy to find right in the center of the old town of. We had everything we needed and Marta was really kind showing us around. The apartment has an amaaaazing view. There is plenty of space for two and we could enjoy the sun shining through the window. Hvala vam puno!
