Vacation rentals with beach access in Herceg Novi Municipality

Would highly recommend Nina’s place. It’s in an amazing location, mere metres from a grocery store and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants (plus, its right next to a hospital/ medical practice, so its easy to get to the doctors if you need). The view is lovely, you can see the water while lying in bed. The balcony is also a great place to catch the view and soak in some sun while you relax. The kitchen works well, and the washing machine/sun soaked balcony make light work of your laundry. All in all a great place.

Nice apartment and beautiful view!! There is a Beach Bar on the ground floor so music and buzz can be heard from balcony and at night. But it was cozy.

Maybe because of the off-season, it was a bit less clean, and on the entrance stairs, there were umbrellas blocking my way. However, during the season, I believe they do their best. Great communication and location, I enjoyed it.

A wonderful experience in the heart of Lustica bay! The apartment was extremely clean, modern and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Thr location was ideal. The hosts were friendly and available for any questions, which made our stay even more pleasant. I would definitely come back and recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to rest!

The house (an annexe to John's farm house) was stunningly beautiful - with Ivy growing up the walls and surrounded by a gorgeous garden. John extremely generously provided us with the ingredients to cook a full Irish Breakfast for our two mornings there, including eggs from his own chickens

This house is great , relax cozy and by the beach you have private area with sun beds and umbrellas. House was so clean and useful, balcony is too cute in the mornings just sit there , and drink your coffee in silence.. sea is so clean .. and Dubravka the best house holder i’ve ever seen ☺️ she is so kind and helpful, under favor of her we had great vacation she helps to find a taxi (local and cheap ones) and even she took me to the airport 😊 we will come again as a family definitely next summer , thank you for everything ❤️❤️❤️

Elena and her husband have been very great hosts. The property was in a very accessible location - right across the ferry and with lots of parking spaces in front. The views from the property were amazing and the entire place was squeaky clean. We truly appreciated the local suggestions from Elena, some welcome items and her offer to rent their kayak/paddleboard. Truly amazing hosts!

Lidija and Milo were wonderful hosts that were always happy to help us with anything we needed. We were amazed by their hospitality. The accommodation is exactly as shown in the pictures and even more beautiful considering the view from the terrace. Milo even offered to prepare our fish on his barbecue so we had a lovely evening with the hosts on our last day. The house is located in a very calm and quiet neighbourhood but in walking distance to everything that needs to be seen jn Herceg Novi. Prepare to walk up steep hills if you are without a car like us.

We loved the house and the amazing views with superb sunsets. The beaches were a short 5 minute walk from the house and not crowded. A car is absolutely essential as the nearest bars and restaurants are a minimum of 15 minutes drive away. Kotor, Tivat and Budva are within 45 to 1 hour drive. We loved Kotor , well worth a visit. A small shop is also 15 minutes drive. The supermarkets by Tivat Airport are the closest big shops. The roads from Lustica Bay to Veslo are narrow and winding. Typical mountain roads. Be prepared to stop and creep past oncoming traffic. The local drivers are patient and pull off the road if it is easier from their direction. Ivana, the hostess was helpful when needed and arranged a plumbing repair quickly. Ivana also gave us good advice when we were " adopted" by a local stray dog ( who was so cute and very well behaved) He moved on after 3 days. We had a wonderful holiday and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any adventurous people who don't need city life.

We had a really great stay here, it is a long way out from Kotor, but we like that, it was quite no noise. The night sky was awesome. Close to the sea was great to jump into from the ponta. (We did this every day) Also was nice to see the cruise ships coming out of Kotor in the distance. The place is homely, a little bit dated, but a proper Montenegro home which we liked. The added addition to having the local cats come to visit morning and evening was so good. We counted at least 10 + cats and kittens. Overall a great quiet place to stay.

The host was always available and responded within minutes whenever I needed assistance. This place exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect, peaceful retreat. You won’t find a more welcoming space or a more considerate host.

We found a very nice apartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds comfortable. Fantastic view of water and mountains Djordje was very friendly and accommodating! We'll be happy to recommend this place!

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!

The view was beautiful just like the picture. It was located directly above the promenade that offered a good easy walk along the water. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. The market for groceries was about a 10-minute walk. It was a comfortable and we enjoyed the slippers and robe. The check-in was easy and they had everything we needed. It was a great place to stay for a week.
