We loved our stay! Beautiful scenery and the location was walking distance to almost everything and to more restaurants than we could eat at. Violeta made check in and check a breeze and helped with all questions we had as first time travelers to Montenegro. I highly recommend this place and Violeta as a host.

Jelena was a charming host who provided warm, friendly and helpful hospitality at all times. She went out of her way to assist with ensuring we had the necessary paid parking each day of our stay. Her apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well appointed; a delight to stay in. We highly recommend her property to all seeking quality accommodation in Herceg Novi. It was a major highlight of our visit.

We loved our stay in the apartment. Clean, functional and with two lovely, peaceful balconies. Ana's parents made us very welcome, thank you very much, they made our stay very pleasant. Ana is very available and was very quick to answer any questions we had. The city center is not far on foot, and there are restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Herceg Novi is a fantastic little town. We recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!

Martin and Zlata are great hosts, we really enjoyed our visit. They carefully considered about all things that we need in the house! Before we arrived to the house, they contacted and guided us for a panoramic route with excellent views. Everything was clean and organized at house! But the best thing is definitely the unique terrace view and the peaceful neighborhood👌🏻👌🏻 We will definitely come there again in our next vacation!

Lovely place to stay in Herceg Novi. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful view. Great apartment - two big beds and decent size bathroom. Good water pressure and hot water. Host was wonderful!!

Fantastic place, lots of space, beautiful views over the bay and the green hills. Host was very responsive with messaging. Short walk to the beach and plenty of places to put your towel or umbrella. Lots of places to eat and supermarkets and local bus stop close by. Would definitely stay again. If walking there is a hill to walk up and down, probably about a 5 minute walk. Unit is on the 4th level so stairs to walk up as well. We loved the place.

Charming and peaceful place to stay with amazing view and large rooms. We generously received an upgrade to a larger apartment. Very helpful and friendly hosts. We're grateful for everything and looking forward to visit again.

Excellent apartments that have everything you need. Parking was always available next to the house. Kirill is an excellent host: he helped carry suitcases, helped with check-in, told about the location of shops, cafes and other important places, told about the sights and provided brochures with descriptions. We had a great time in these apartments. The only negative I encountered is the difficulty when trying to see the bay 😁

Anna was a great host. The place was clean, sunny and beautiful. And super close to the sea and walkable to the many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended!

The apartment has everything you might or might not need! AC and a washingmachine is particulary usefull and pleasant. The view was incredible and the apartment easy to find. Dino responds in 5seconds, and is very proactiv. i will definitely go back!

We stayed over 30 days with two kids. Apartment was bright, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Has a beautiful balcony. Lots of gifts from owner as well. She is very responsive and helped with everything we asked for. Close to Portonovi and shore. Didn’t need a car, walking distance from market which is pretty nice too. If we ever come back around here, we would love to stay here another time. Thank you Danka for everything.

Simple but very nice apartment with balcony and terrace in a perfect location, literally 15 steps away from the water of the bay and with a spectacular view. The location in Rose is fabulous. Vijera is very helpful and friendly and always good to reach. Rose is a perfect place to relax and to escape a bit from the crowds in Herceg Novi. We stayed there 7 days and loved it! Thank you!

Svetlana and Milan are very warm, smiling, and hospitable people. We felt welcome from the first to the last moment of our stay. We were received so kindly with coffee and homemade juice with an amazing view on the water. Learned a lot about Montenegrin history. Room exactly as in pictures. We slept very well. Air-conditioning and internet work as they should. Easy communication. Highly recommended!

Pleasant accommodation, well laid out, very bright Christian is responsive, always responded to our requests.

The place is in a great, quiet area, convenient with a car. A few minutes to the ferry, beaches are plentiful next to it. The apartment itself is cozy, everything was needed. Windows overlook the mountains, the bay. The pool is clean and looked after in the yard. Cons: ants on balcony and room, poor wifi connection, room was a bit lacking in cleanliness. The host is friendly, helpful, served his own production wine, speaks English. Thank you for your stay, recommend it, we hope to come back!

Great apartment, the view is amazing!! It's not a huge place, but it has everything you need. Teodora and Stefan are very friendly, helpful, easy to communicate with. I definitely recommend this place!

Peter's place is much better than in the photos. It has everything you need for a family, it feels like home. In addition, toys and board games are available which was a plus for us who have 3 young children. The view from the living room and balconies is just breathtaking, the pool is a very nice plus and the beach is really very close on foot (less than 10 minutes) The available parking is also an asset nevertheless be careful not to scratch your body the entrance to the Parking is very tight. Our stay was beyond our expectations and we highly recommend Peter's place and it is with great pleasure that we will return during our next stay in Montenegro.

We loved our stay. Our little boy loved the park and the pools. We loved the peace and quiet and the view was beyond amazing. The place is bigger than it appears in the photos and very clean. We even had a gift arrive for our anniversary which was so unexpected but a lovely touch. We will be back and Montenegro is a beautiful country. We highly recommend a boat trip to Kotor, Kotor steps, lake Skadar and Dubrovnik as trips out.

We had a fantastic family holiday. The apartment was spacious and very well equipped with plenty of room for all of us (8 adults and 2 children). The pool was lovely and we spent plenty of time outside using the bbq. There were even grapes growing which we could freely pick. The location was ideal - 2 min walk from a shop, bakery, bus stop and cafe, 7 minute walk down to the beach front with lots of restaurants and bars. The hosts were fantastic throughout, very comnunicative and always happy to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend

This is such a lovely area. And this apartment has been the perfect homebase for our adventures. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The place is spotless. The pool exceeded our expectations and made our stay very enjoyable! There is also access to the beach, good restaurants and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk! We'll be happy to go back!
