Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Herceg Novi Municipality

My husband and I rent Danijela's apartment every year. We are very satisfied! It is exactly as described. For us, it is also important to reach many places on foot. Beach, supermarket, restaurant, old town and much more can be easily reached from there. Danijela is a very friendly and reliable hostess and we definitely recommend her! Thanks for the lovely stay and see you next year.

Jovan was friendly and responsive from before we arrived in Herceg Novi. He agreed to meet us outside the apartment to let us in. Jovan’s place was clean, tidy and had a fantastic view of the water. It is worth mentioning that this apartment is on the 7th floor, although does have a lift. We spent our time exploring Herceg Novi, enjoying local bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and homely to spend their holiday, a short (vertical) walk to the harbour. We 100% recommend The Drunk Octopus, Joy and La Terrazza for good food and drinks!

We really enjoyed staying at this apartment. The location is great, there are shops nearby and it takes 10 minutes tops to walk to the sea. Marijana is always ready to help! I messaged her several times and she helped us.

Very new, comfortable and clean apartment super close to the beach of Bijela. Supermarkets, restaurants and many other shops at walking distance. convenient place for families with kids. And very friendly host living in the house in front.

What a beautiful place to spend a weeks holiday - views are absolutely fantastic. its a great base to explore what the rest of the area has to offer. The house is a perfect size for two people and everything was very clean. Would recommend!

Stunning apartment with a incredible view and the best hosts. The garden is beautiful and the apartment has everything you could need. The apartment is a bit out of town but we managed the walk and taxis are available and cheap and the hosts helped us with these. We would recommend staying here and would hope to visit next time we are back.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Branka was incredibly engaging and supportive throughout the booking and stay. Having walked much of Bijela, we couldn’t find another with the view and the pool that we had access to. Seems like one of a kind for the area. We had one small issue with a water leak - and within 30 minutes it had been rectified. This should give all readers and potential holiday makers a huge sense of confidence in Branka and the property. We could not recommend Branka and the property highly enough and are hoping to return. The welcome pack of fruit, a bottle of wine and some soft drinks was appreciated. Really enjoyed the BBQ facilities as well.

A comfortable stay in a quiet area of Herceg Novi overlooking the sea. The interior corresponds exactly to the photos. The accommodation is close to a well-stocked supermarket and a local bakery. It is about a 15-minute walk to the sea. Nenad and his partner were very warm and welcoming and easy to contact throughout the stay. It was initially difficult to find the flat, but Nenad and his partner responded quickly and gave helpful instructions. They were also kind to provide us with a car parking space directly in front of the flat. It would be important to mention here that there is only air conditioning available in the living room area. We had a great time and can recommend this flat!

beautiful view! the house has everything you need. for 8-9 adult people the inside place is maybe a little to small, but for the cheap price: perfect! the communication with Sladjana and Ivana was great. thank you :)

All recommendations for Katarina and her apartment. I spent 3 wonderful days here. The apartment has everything you need, it is clean and tidy, in a quiet and peaceful environment, and yet close to the promenade, shops, bakeries, pharmacies... Katarina is a great host, responsive, very helpful, I highly recommend it and wish her the best.

Very nice place with a sweet host! Everything was perfect. There is everything you need on the street in front of the apartment and easy access to good restaurants and the old town. Communication was good and easy 👍🏻

The apartment was beautifully decorated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The beach and restaurants were within easy walking distance and the back terrace was a beautiful place to sit in the evening. Ivana was very helpful we had no trouble finding the place and were welcomed with coffee, a bottle of wine and cold rakija. Great value for money and would definitely stay again

An apartment with everything you need, well furnished, everything was present. Nevena was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large terrace is not on the apartment itself, which is 2 floors lower. Location is top to explore the Kotor bay, fortunately a lot quieter than in other places around the bay. The only downside is the very busy track in front of the building, you have to cross it to get to the beach/ water. A big advantage is the garage for the car with charger for an electric car. Nevena goes above and beyond to give her tenants a top stay!
