Великолепное место! Мы прекрасно провели время, с удовольствием посидели в тенистом и красивом местечке прямо у воды, пожарили барбекю, поплавали в море. Вид потрясающий. Тихое, уединенное, прекрасное место. Хозяева очень отзывчивые, гостеприимные.

È una casa particolarissima,tutte le zone sono pensate per renderla più comoda e rilassante possibile,le zone esterne sono piacevoli per pranzare e godersi la vista mare,ci è piaciuta tantissimo...bravo Drasko!

Appartement propre , spacieux , très belle terrasse en face de l’eau. Il se trouve en haut d’une longue pente raide, il faut être véhiculé , il y a des places pour la voiture. Des restaurants en bas de la descente à pieds 👍 Très bonne communication

The fantastic nature of mountain Orjen and its Nature Park is the greatest treasure. Tonka's house is perfectly situated, with several routes available and easy to start from Vrbanj. We had a memorable stay and Tonka provided valuable information and recommendations for the surrounding area. One day, we reached the top of Orjen mountain, standing at 1894m above sea level, the highest peak in the Sub-Adriatic Dinarides. The view was OMG! I can't express enough how beautiful our day was - encountering cows, sheep, goats as we walked, and even a few rabbits running in the wood. It was truly superb! Upon our return to Vrbanj, dinner awaited us with homemade food, just accross the house in a family restaurant, 1000m above sea level. I would highly recomend this place to all nature lovers, mountain enthusiasts, food connoisseurs, animal lovers (there are few sweet cats by the house) and all other lovers :)! I'll be coming very soon... thank you Tonka!

Takk for en fantastisk langhelg i vakre omgivelser. Huset var perfekt for en jentegjeng på 10. Flotte uteområder og kort avstand ned til en vakker liten badevik. Huset var godt utstyrt og det var behagelige senger. Anders er en super vennlig vert, som svarte på alle henvendelser inne kort tid. Han var behjelpelig med alt fra transport, spisesteder og opplevelser. Hvis vi skal sette fingeren på noe, så var det generelt litt dårlig renhold og noen mangler med en dusj. Bassenget hadde også trengt en vask og oppgradering med noen løse fliser. Vi fikk beskjed om at renholderen hadde hatt en uheldig hendelse i sin familie, og derfor hadde vært utilgjengelig i forkant av at vi kom. Dette kan være grunnen til renholdet. Ettersom det ligger så privat til, så må man ha bil eller taxi tilgjengelig. Takk for oppholdet, vi storkoste oss og vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

I’ve been to Montenegro three times now, and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. The house is gorgeous — beautifully restored, the interiors are full of character, with elegant furniture, cool art, and every little detail thoughtfully done. I was genuinely excited to be the first guest after the full renovation, and everything was spotless and perfectly prepared — even at the last minute! The bed was so comfortable, with luxury linens, and the house felt very spacious. It’s in the most peaceful spot, but still close to everything — Kotor, Perast, Herceg Novi, Porto Montenegro, Portonovi — all within easy reach. I adored having breakfast on the terrace under the pergola, and winding down with a glass of wine there in the evening was pure bliss. It was super convenient to be able to walk to a little supermarket and Bocasa restaurant in the village was a favourite: pizza from a proper oven, friendly service and amazing views over the bay. There is a little beach nearby.

Wir hatten zu viert mit Hund einen tollen einwöchigen Aufenthalt. Es war alles so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß. Man hat unheimlich viel Platz . Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein , es geht bergauf und bergab wenn man zum Meer oder in die Berge möchte , aber es lohnt sich . Die Aussicht von der Unterkunft ist auch atemberaubend. Man guckt auf den Ort bis zum Meer.

Merci à Aleksander pour sa présence bienveillante, il est d'une réactivité inégalable avec une réponse dans les 5 minutes à toute nos questions. La maison correspond en tout point avec la description avec une vue mer en partie sur la terrasse, la rénovation de la villa est au niveau de prestation attendu, c'est moderne, chaleureux, la literie est très bonne, tout est très bien pensée et aménagé, le village de Bjelila, est une pépite les pieds dans l'eau à quelques mètres, avec des voisins tous plus agréables les uns que les autres, au calme, avec 2 restaurants à - de 20 mètres. l'accès au ponton du village permet de nager à tout moment, un village ressourçant loin du bruit des grandes villes de la baie de Kotor, idéal en fin de voyage pour ce ressourcer avant de reprendre l'avion, je conseil sans aucune réserve, Bravo pour l'âme qu'a su mettre, Aleksander et que l'on retrouve partout dans la maison :) .

Absolutely amazing view! 😍😍 The serpentine streets getting there were an adventure on their own—definitely part of the experience. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. Great location too, close to the border with Croatia. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back if I ever visit Montenegro again!

Très bon séjour, logement agréable et bien situé. Un petit peu difficile de se stationner au début mais très bonne communication avec les hôtes :)

Die Jovicic‘s sind eine sehr herzliche, offene und hilfsbereite Familie. Nadim war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Der Besuch fühlte sich wie ein Aufenthalt bei Freunden an. Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem was man benötigt Ja ausgestattet. Außerdem überzeugte uns die Ruhe, die Aussicht, der riesige Pool sowie die Möglichkeit im naheliegenden Gebirge zu wandern. Immer wieder gerne und bis hoffentlich nächstes Jahr!

We had an awesome stay in Nikolaj’s place. He was very helpful since day 1. We had 1 week stay in his place. We left our luggages earlier than the check-in time. Nikolaj and his family were tidying up after the previous guest, but we were warmly welcomed. When it was our time to check in, everything was already upstairs. The unit felt homey and comfortable with great views from the balcony. Everything was clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook. It’s very suitable for family. They had so many plates and cutleries to have meals together :) Nikolaj is friendly and welcoming to his guests. I highly recommend his place to those who visit Montenegro. If you’re travelling with a vehicle, this won’t be a problem. The location is less than 5 mins from Risan where they have supermarkets, restaurant, etc. The pool wasn’t available when we visited unfortunately :( Other than that, everything else was great! Nikolaj drove us to the airport (Tivat) on the last day.

Wir kamen spät an und haben nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, Milos war telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns sehr schnell den Zugang zum Appartment ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist etwa 12 Stufen vom Strand entfernt, man bekommt als Gast dort Liegen und Schirme. Der Strand hat außerdem ein Café mit einem Steg ins Wasser, auf dem man seinen Kaffee trinken kann. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten und war sauber. Sie hat eine ruhige Terasse auf der wir schön gefrühstückt haben, von hier aus sieht man auch an einer Stelle das Meer hindurchblitzen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt in fußläufiger Reichweite. Einen Parkplatz bekommt man etwa 50m weiter in einem benachbarten Hotel. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und würden wieder vorbeikommen.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at this apartment. Everything in the apartment is new, clean, stylish, there is everything you need. The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the view is simply breathtaking! Note: the apartment is located on a narrow street, on a very steep slope, so you need to be careful both with car and by foot - but it's like that in every street in Krašići or other parts of Montenegro, directly from the sea to the mountains :D
