Jovan was friendly and responsive from before we arrived in Herceg Novi. He agreed to meet us outside the apartment to let us in. Jovan’s place was clean, tidy and had a fantastic view of the water. It is worth mentioning that this apartment is on the 7th floor, although does have a lift. We spent our time exploring Herceg Novi, enjoying local bars, coffee shops and restaurants. We recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and homely to spend their holiday, a short (vertical) walk to the harbour. We 100% recommend The Drunk Octopus, Joy and La Terrazza for good food and drinks!

Despite the 5 stars, here are some important remarks: The address leads to the next town on Google Maps and only works on Apple Maps. Therefore, get the exact address or look for Apartment Sun in Hoveg Novi on Google Maps. Unfortunately, we had to search for it for 2 hours, as well as for the parking lot. Fortunately, we were able to park for free, as it is difficult to park there. With a lot of luggage it is a bit more difficult, but doable. It's 10 minutes and a few steps away. The location makes up for all the sweating and searching. You practically stumble straight onto the beautiful promenade and the beach. We felt more than comfortable. The hostess was immediately available for questions. The kitchen was very well equipped. And the bed was so comfortable that we were finally able to sleep really well for the first time in months. We would have loved to stay longer.

Perfect little cosy place for a family with 2 children. Beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything you'd need. Very helpfu, friendly and efficient hosts. The property is close to various beautiful beaches, historical towns and attractions. The small and big supermarkets and bakeries are within easy reach. We had a lovely holiday and looking forward to the next year's visit. Big thanks to Marko and Katarina + family :) x

Herceg Novi was the first stop of our Montenegro trip. We drove from Dubrovnik Airport and Zoya herself welcomed us at a late hour. Communication with her was great, we got tips from her all along the way. The apartment was recently renovated, clean and very comfortable for four people. Free parking on the spot was a plus. It was not far from the old town and the beach, but since Herceg Novi (and almost all Montenegro) is built on hills, you should be aware of the steps which are quite a challenge. Overall we are happy about our short stay in Herceg Novi at Zoya's place.

Really nice stay. Everything was excellent,great view,very clean spacious apartment. Sea with bathing just a short walk. Good restaurants. Sanja was very friendly and helpful. I’d stay there again if I get the chance.

Marina and Nikolai were wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. The apartment was fabulous, clean and comfortable. The balcony with a spectacular view was amazing. I think it’s important to highlight to anyone with mobility issues that the walk to and from the town might be a struggle due to the distance (although less than 1Km) with some steps to climb on the way back. The apartment also has steep steps. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much.

l'appartamento è spazioso e ben attrezzato. Tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno era fornito, unica eccezione l'asciugacapelli che consiglio all'hotel di acquistare. Per il resto tutti i servizi dichiarati erano accessibili e disponibili. La spiaggia è nelle vicinanze, la zona è molto comoda per visitare Herceg Novi e la bocche di Cattaro. Quando non si ha voglia di spostarsi la zona offre parecchi ristoranti e la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi. La piscina, sebbene non grande, corrisponde alle immagini dell'annuncio ed è godibile a qualsiasi orario. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e suggerisco l'appartamento di Marina. Grazie mille per la tua ospitalità Marina!

Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Petars Unterkunft! Das Airbnb ist super ausgestattet (vor allem die Küche und der Grillbereich draußen haben uns begeistert), Petar ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet und Check-in und Check-out haben sehr unkompliziert funktioniert. Im Ort selbst gibt es nicht so viel zu entdecken, wir fanden die Lage für Erkundungstouren mit dem Auto aber super. Die Unterkunft ist an einem sehr sehr steilen Hang gelegen, am besten man parkt unten an der Straße und läuft die letzten Hundert Meter zu Fuß. Einen Morgen hatten wir kein Wasser, Petar hat aber direkt geantwortet, dass das manchmal vorkäme, und kurze Zeit später ging es auch wieder.

Jelena’s mother was very welcoming and helpful. She recommended the best bakery in town, just a few minutes down the road. The view was beautiful and not far to walk down to the water. I recommend it!

If you are visiting Montenegro this is the place to stay! Aneta was the friendliest, most helpful and delightful host we have met. The apartment is exactly like the photos although they probably don't do it justice. It is beautifully furnished and has a fabulous outdoor space. We loved sitting in the jacuzzi watching the boats go by! The view is spectacular and will live in our memories forever. There are beautiful places around the bay to visit. We particularly enjoyed Perast and Port Montenegro. The cable car is a must. Views from up at the top were awesome. Food and wine good too. Very rarely visit a place twice but Aneta's apartment will be an exception. Didn't want to leave. Go and enjoy!

Everything was amazing, flat was as expected - beautiful view, clean, comfortable bed and sofas. The pool was great, open 24/7 so you can swim even at night. Be aware that there are many families with children so if you are looking for peacefull days by the pool, they won’t be peacefull. (Haha) On the other hand, it could be easily fixed by headphones or mojito from the downstairs bar. :) I would reccomend to stay there.

Wir kamen spät an und haben nach einer Unterkunft gesucht, Milos war telefonisch erreichbar und hat uns sehr schnell den Zugang zum Appartment ermöglicht. Die Wohnung ist etwa 12 Stufen vom Strand entfernt, man bekommt als Gast dort Liegen und Schirme. Der Strand hat außerdem ein Café mit einem Steg ins Wasser, auf dem man seinen Kaffee trinken kann. Die Wohnung hatte alles was wir brauchten und war sauber. Sie hat eine ruhige Terasse auf der wir schön gefrühstückt haben, von hier aus sieht man auch an einer Stelle das Meer hindurchblitzen. Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, einen Bäcker und einen kleinen Supermarkt in fußläufiger Reichweite. Einen Parkplatz bekommt man etwa 50m weiter in einem benachbarten Hotel. Wir konnten uns sehr gut erholen und würden wieder vorbeikommen.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From start to finish, everything was great. The host, Anja was incredibly warm, responsive, and made me feel right at home, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable if you are looking to relax and tranquility—close to a few amazing restaurants and city market, about 30 mins drive to the bigger city of Kotor, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and relaxing environment. I loved how convenient it was to explore the local sights, and coming back to such a comfortable and well-equipped space made it even better. The facilities were top-notch. The space was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything I could have asked for. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and I especially appreciated the little touches like the welcome towels. All in all, this Airbnb is a true gem and I will definately be back on my next visit

Wij zijn naar deze bestemming gekomen als gezin met 2 kinderen van 5 en 7. Wij hadden niet de verwachting dat zij zich volledig zouden vermaken. Dit bleken wij mis te hebben, ze hebben zich goed vermaakt. De woning is zeer ruim opgesteld en vooral ook geluidswerend onderling tussen de kamers. De infinity-pool is adembenemend en voor de ouders is er fijn genot in de Spa beschikbaar. In de omgeving ook van allerlei uitstapjes te doen. Vanuit Kotor een boottocht gedaan van 3 uur, erg leuk met de kinderen. Lovcen National Park is mooi om te rijden met eigen (huur) auto. Tip is de rodelbaan op de top. De keuken is zeer volledig uitgerust, bestek en servies is minimaal dubbel beschikbaar. Balkon met 2 relaxt-eitjes ideaal om even bij te komen, waarbij de grote balkon een aangenaam ontmoetingspunt is voor ontbijt en/of diner (met barbecue!). We hebben ons super vermaakt en helaas niet alles kunnen doen, dus wij komen zeker nog terug in dit land en appartement.

We had a great time staying at one of Nadas studios. Sitting at the terrace, you have a lovely sea-view. It's only a few minutes to the seafront with beaches and restaurants but the way back is a little workout. Nadas nice yard has a hammock and a porch swing and there are kiwis and grapes growing. One everything, Nada gave a barbecue for all the guests and the food was just amazing. Nadas hospitality is great, she was always available for questions and at our arrival when we got a little lost, she drove all the way to find us and guide us the way. The kitchen is very basically equipped so it is not ideal to really cook in there. All in all, we can definitely recommend the place and would go back there!

ma famille et moi avons beaucoup apprécié aimé notre séjour au Monténégro. L'endroit et la vue depuis la piscine était juste incroyable magnifique. Endroit propre très bien fréquenté. vraiment merci pour tout Robert ainsi que son assistante Desa très réactive polie agréable aimable. nous reviendrons des que l'occasion sera à nouveau.

This place definitely made our vacation memorable! Very spacy apartment, AC, fans, everything we needed.... Still the best about this place is the 24/24 access to an amazing pool with an amazing view. We had private parking place, that was very important for us. Walkable shops and restaurants nearby. Thank you Desanka for hosting us!
