Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Henlopen Acres

This was my third stay at tiny house and am still in love with it! Absolutely love the property tiny house is on, even though there’s a restaurant/market and a theater in either side you have privacy. Can’t wait to go again next year❤️

Great place! House is stocked with all you could need. Close to the beach. Quick drive to everything. Very peaceful location. David was extremely responsive. I will definitely rent again!

We had a great stay! Angela’s home was beautiful, comfortable, and so clean! We especially loved spending time on the screened in porch. Angela was very responsive and helpful and I will definitely plan on staying at her place again when we visit Rehoboth!

Would recommend this gem! We stayed here for two nights and it’s close to everything. Cody was friendly and responsive. Big yard in the back and pup friendly is a huge plus.

We had a lovely stay at Chai's home. Her house is inviting and comfortable - perfect as a home base for visiting Rehoboth Beach. Everything about the home was as the host described. It was very easy to park, get inside and check in, and the instructions and labels made it easy to find everything we needed. Everything worked well (A/C, refrigerator, washer/dryer) and the home was well appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us to lounge and have group conversations. The home is on a quiet street but close to several restaurants on Rehoboth Avenue and is within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. I asked the host a question via the Airbnb app and got a quick and helpful response. One thing to be aware of - as mentioned in the listing, two of the three bedrooms let in very bright sunlight during daytime hours, so those two rooms really are best suited for people who are early risers or comfortable wearing the provided sleep masks.

This place was great! Other reviewers said the place was too far from the beach, but it allows the guests to check out the other great attractions and bars in the area! His place included a binder full of suggestions and clear instructions for the home. I highly recommend this home!

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

This place was a lovely spot for a girls weekend away. The location was lovely. We were close to the beach, spa, and lots of great restaurants. We had a slight issue with a broken air conditioner window unit, but we appreciated the hosts communicating the issue before our check in and working to rectify the issue. I would recommend bringing a smaller car if you can as the parking spot was snug and required a little reverse maneuvering to get in. Definitely back in as the hosts suggest. We also really appreciated that linens were included with the unit. Many other places we looked at required you to bring sheets and towels and it was much more convenient not to have to do that. Thanks for a lovely stay!

It was a great location! So close to the beach. The apt was really cute, not to mention great parking spot!

The winding road into the property was serene and set the stage for a peaceful night. The trucking garmin gps found the spot without issue. And the arrows at night assured me I was in the right place, which gave me a giggle when I realized I needed them. If someone put a fence up at the entrance with vines growing on it, you’d never know there was a wonderland tucked deep inside. The apartment flat has decor that is placed so perfectly that each piece draws you into to it if you aren’t sitting on the most comfortable recliner that ever existed. I loved the array of books to peruse, especially the ancient book on first aid, which confirmed that, indeed, baking soda saved my life at least once! Overall, the flat is spacious, organized to a T, clean and well-thought-out. Need I mention here the joy of experiencing the goats, chickens, and the family dog. Well, that filled my cup. Many thanks to the generous hosts for sharing their land and home. I would 100% return.

My stay was perfect! The apartment was exactly as it was shown in the photos and described. It was clean and well stocked with linens. It was so convenient being right on the boardwalk amongst all the shops and restaurants. And Colin and Mimi were so quick to respond to any questions I had. Very pleased

this is the second time staying at Jeff’s place and it was perfect as always. He had all the amenities that you would need. The space was very clean and he was very responsive to any questions that we had and it was only a six minute Uber ride to the beach/ night life. We’ll definitely be booking again

We have two elementary aged kids and the location was perfect for us - we were next to the pool, and two playgrounds and the basketball and tennis courts were a few minutes walk away. We enjoyed the wildlife and quiet but were able to go into town and visit the boardwalk easily. Thank you for a lovely stay Sue!

We really enjoyed our stay at Simon's place. Walkable to the Boardwalk and many shops/restaurants, and just a short drive to many more and the outlets. Accommodations were as described and pictured. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We LOVED this place. Looked better than the pictures (and the pictures looked great to begin with). So spacious, including all of the balcony areas. Close to lewes beach and the state park. Great area for a family getaway. Had everything we needed and more. Also Bohdan was an excellent host and very responsive!

What a beautiful area, and such a peaceful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our stay at Rohoboth Beach and this condo was just what we needed, very accommodating, clean, and in a great location, close to the beach!
