Outstanding communication and the stay was 100% as described. Beautiful place and the sites were amazing. I highly recommend Violet and her property! So very welcoming and clean! Just a short walk to the boardwalk and night life, then to be able to come back to have peace and quietness was so satisfying. Don’t hesitate to book this property! It’s a must!!

This place is an absolute gem!!! Super clean and well maintained home, beautiful yard & peaceful porch, great host and steps from the beach!! Our family of four had an amazing time and cannot wait to come back next yard. It’s the perfect spot and such an awesome value!

Felt super comfortable there. Everything was in walking distance beach, great restaurants bars and we even utilized the kitchen for breakfast and lunch. Loved the coffee set up and the quite seating area on the water out back. We def would recommend and would love to stay again!

Shelley's little vacation cabin was very comfortable, clean, and cozy. We stayed only one night and didn't get a chance to enjoy the deck and the view, but they looked great! Easy driving distance from Cape May. Definitely recommend.

So first of all I haven’t been on vacation in 5 years lol. This place was absolutely wonderful my daughter and I enjoyed our stay. Lots to do and we felt right at home I 1000% recommend!

Beautiful location, near enough for easy access to many activities but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to make it relaxing. We had a wonderful time watching sunsets from the back porch after days of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

Great rental for a long weekend with my sisters. Clean, clean, clean! Really appreciated the minimal neutral decor. Very safe/secure building which can only be entered with a key card. Kate was really easy to work with and was extremely proactive. Highly recommend!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Jennifer’s home. It was well equipped, spacious, with a beautiful view. We felt very comfortable due to all of the thoughtful touches/amenities. The location was excellent, with many bars, restaurants, and shops close by and a quick drive to Ocean City and Asseatague Island. We would most definitely return.

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

Let’s just say we had such a great time that we already said we will return! Brad was super responsive and flexible in accommodating our needs. The boathouse is so cute in person, photos don’t do justice! Chilling on the deck watching the boats go by is just perfect. The house is well kept, clean, with thoughtful touches such as having mirrors everywhere. Even though only 1 full and 1 half baths, no worries while waiting for your turn to shower, since you can still get ready and don’t miss a beat. We were 4 adults and no issue with taking turns. Beds and linen were comfy. Kitchen and deck gets good light while living room is cozy. Upstairs bedrooms get great light. Awesome instructions and recommendations and a few cape May books help us plan activities on arrival. We didn’t get to try the bikes or use the beach tags (will do next time). We can go on and on but you get the idea. Don’t think twice, just go!

Out of all the places we’ve stayed this felt the most at home. Beautiful views, waking up on the water and seeing it from the moment you open your eyes and walk to the next room is priceless. This place far surpassed our expectations, the host was wonderful and promptly responsive. We WILL be back!

We only stayed a weekend but a great off the beach option for a group of 5-10 guests. Clean home, relaxing location, would book again.

Terrific hosts, and terrific stay! Laura and Mary’s place was beautiful — truly even better than the photos. Was a relaxing place for a girls weekend away. We loved the outdoor space, the kitchen was truly well appointed, spacious bedrooms, and very relaxing environment. Loved enjoying a cocktail and a coffee outdoors, listening to the birds and looking at the water. Great place!

Our family had a lovely stay over the Thanksgiving holiday! So much so that my 5yo son cried when we had to leave “beach world” as he called it. Gorgeous clean home with lovely amenities and beach vibes. It was honestly just so cozy. The best part was that it was so quiet and safe. The neighbors even invited us to have snacks in the parking lot before going to see the Christmas lights :). It’s a fab set up for young families, with on site washer and dryer, dishwasher, etc. One of my favorite parts was sunrise & sunset over the dock. And this was November/December! We’d love to stay again in the warmer months but the fire, cozy sofa, soft blankets, and beachy rooms made it really something special in the run up to Christmas. We went to the beach most days despite the cold as it’s right across the street! It’s so near some of the best places to eat in ocean city while being so peaceful and tucked away. Couldn’t have asked for more for our family’s stay!

This is a great location if you have kids. I love the fact that there was baby gates for the porch and also there was kid friendly cups plates, and utensils. it’s very close to the beach and it’s a very quiet location on the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The house was gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and very clean. I can’t say not one negative thing about our stay. We would definitely book here again.

James was an amazing host. He was responsive, helpful, and kind. The condo was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The neighbors were also very kind and welcoming. My children loved the pool and walking the bay. The views were second to none and the location was perfect since it was minutes away from restaurants, stores, and Bethany beach. We will definitely be booking again!

This was our 3rd stay at this location. It is the perfect location for us in OC. Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the marina is a relaxing way to start the day. Just a few short blocks to the beach and the boardwalk. Having a car in OC is a necessity and the free parking here comes in handy. Looking forward to our next stay.

Mike’s beach house is perfect for a family or group trip. More than enough space to fit everyone and the location is amazing. You’re less than a 5min walk to the beach but also return to a quiet dock rental. It was so calm sitting on the porch each morning looking at the water. Far enough from the hustle and bustle but close enough to enjoy the boardwalk and attractions when wanted. He’s super communicative as well. Would definitely stay again.
