Beautiful villa Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Everyone has their independence. Some company games would be nice. The bathrooms in the downstairs bedrooms lack a little freshness Otherwise everything was perfect

Lovely villa with a fantastic warm pool surrounded by plenty of relaxing and eating areas. Stylish and clean villa with en-suites in every room and was a great space for 9 of us. The location is superb, short walk to the town with next to no traffic making it very kid friendly. The town itself is lovely with lots of great restaurants, cafes, creperies and shops. An amazing and fun beach is just a very short drive or 20 minute walk away. Friendly neighbours too made this a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

A wonderful villa! It's photos do not do it justice. Every room is great, and the design of the house is so could. it's perfectly laid out, really well built and if you have young-ish kids (ours we 9-13) it's really great. They can be outside at the pool, while you prepare dinner or watch TV, without any concerns. We also went car free for the week, which was really pleasant, just used the occasional bus. Vincent is a great host, very responsive. Generally it was a great villa - the best we've stayed in for a very long time - and it's a good price compared to others we have stayed it. I can't recommend it highly enough. thank s Vincent!

This house is perfect. It’s much more impressive than appears in the photos. Everything was perfect. The house is huge, beautiful, and well maintained. The pool is enormous. The yard is huge, green, quiet, and peaceful. This is the perfect place for a quiet retreat away from the crowds.

A beautiful, characterful property in a very convenient location for the centre of Hossegor, beach and lake. We didn’t use the car at all after we arrived, we walked and cycled everywhere! The villa is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with lots of thoughtful touches. Alize the concierge was so friendly and helpful and was always really quick to answer any questions. We had a great stay and would love to return!

Amazing house for surfers. Big garden with lots of space for drying wetsuits and storing boards. Kitchen is very well equipped. We really enjoyed the stay!

A big thank you to Olivia for her very cordial welcome. Communication during our stay was very easy; Olivia was very responsive. We had a great vacation in this large and pleasant house perfectly equipped and designed for family life with young children. The heated pool was a real pleasure! In addition, the location of the house is perfect as a starting point for visits and excursions!

There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room, the location is great and the host was very helpful and straightforward. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful family holiday at Salty Woods Lodge. The house and surroundings are beautiful. The children loved the pool. There is lots to do within walking distance - surfing, cycling, SUP, sailing! Lyn went above and beyond to make our trip perfect, thanks again!

The place is exceptionally beautiful. There is nothing I can fault about this place. It's new, well designed, and perfectly comfortable. Host is incredibly responsive, willing to assist and friendly. I recommend this place and this host to everybody. It's a big plus for non Spanish speaking guests

We had a great stay at this place. The apartment was clean and very nice, perfect for relaxing. The pool is a real asset, ideal for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The owners are welcoming and very friendly, always ready to answer our questions and give us good advice to discover the region. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing and worry-free stay!

Very good stay in this beautiful Landes house, pleasant, spacious, bright and well arranged. Very neat exterior, well-maintained garden. The house was very clean. Even though the pool could not be used due to the temperatures, it is very nice to be able to admire it, especially at the end of the day with its lighting. House 20 minutes walk to the lake and the city center. Very well located. Spacious and comfortable rooms, as is the living room with its fireplace. The pool table was also much appreciated, as was the gym. André is a welcoming host who knows how to look after vacationers and is attentive to their needs. Many thanks to him. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again.

We stayed at this house while taking a road trip around the Pyrenees and this was easily the most spacious rental we stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Communication from our hosts was excellent and check in and check out went very smoothly.

Thanks for a great week. Very nice hosts & great location close to Seignosse Ocean. You get everything you need as a family... and on top a pool weich our kids used every day :)

The house is very nice and very well maintained. Good location for excursions and in a very quiet place. As an improvement, you should leave some cleaning utensils, scouring pads, the typical cleaning kit with a dishwasher tablet and other cleaning supplies. Some basics like salt and pepper, tablecloths, or a glass to have some wine. The wifi does not have a high speed and depending on usage it may be insufficient. It has cleaning instructions that are not very clear and do not appear at the time of booking. There are no cleaning fees, but a sign in French tells you that you have to leave the house clean and fully tidied up or hire cleaning for €100. I've never seen these kinds of conditions outside of a contract. The rest is very good with plenty of space and a heated pool (only in season)

A very comfortable place in a nice and quiet environment. The house is new and very clean. Phenomenal to go on vacation a few days and enjoy the countryside and the sea.

We had a great time at the house even though the weather was rather moderate. Even on a rainy day, it can be endured very comfortably in the great house with 14 people. The kitchen is well equipped and when the sun comes out it is wonderful in the pool and on the large property. The house is very quiet and the privacy absolutely respected. All in all an absolute recommendation!
