A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

The house is very nice, quiet, well located in Ciboure, no difficulties to park the car; Beaches and port nearby (a small hill to climb to get to the accommodation but not insurmountable on foot). Don't hesitate Thierry and Jocelyne

Authentic house in a very quiet environment not overlooked. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area with lots of walks for those who like to hike with elevation. Very well located house close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

We stayed with three couples for a week in Isabelle's house. The garden is very cozy and quiet. The house itself is not overly spacious for 6 people, but certainly large enough and all necessary amenities are available. Good base for day trips to the sea. Communication with Isabelle went very well and smoothly. Recommended!

Dominique is a charming woman who welcomed us very warmly with my partner and with whom we were able to discuss the region. Her home is very friendly and the view is beautiful especially with your feet in the jacuzzi. 😁 Thank you to her for her sympathy.

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility that you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we look forward to coming back soon with a little more time!!

Fantastic , homely cottage. Well equipped and tastefully furnished, with a tranquil garden and hot-tub. Great location for the beach and visits to Spain and the Pyrenees. Helpful host. We had an excellent stay - highly recommended.

Mathieu and Laurence are very friendly and responsive hosts. Good explanations and good follow-up throughout the stay. The apartment is very good for 2 people. We strongly recommend!

Bogdan was very responsive and luckily we were able to book in very short notice as we almost had no where to stay that evening. Despite the language barrier Bogdan was friendly and kind to us. The property is beautiful and very peaceful, the garden is beautifully maintained. We enjoyed a cuppa in the garden as the sun went down it was truly beautiful. We had a good sleep, the bed was comfy and the room was really clean with towels provided. The kitchen next door had access to coffee / hot water and a fridge etc for your goods. Thanks for your hospitality Bogdan, you saved our evening from disaster and gave us a memorable night instead 😃

Well-equipped accommodation, as described, and which perfectly met our expectations. Responsive host and very flexible check-in and check-out by his mother, who also gave us good advice on things to do and not to do in the area. Interesting location with private parking, which is a plus in summer.

We were surprised by the great location, simply fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast with sea views every morning. The neighbor Laurence with the key management was as easily accessible as Axelle. The apartment is equipped with everything and also has many brochures with suggestions. The private garage is worth its weight in gold, we were able to safely park our new bikes in it.

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

after a friendly welcome with Pierrick who was waiting for us at the appointed time to show us the garage, pleasant surprise of the discovery of this beautiful apartment and its ocean view. Anne has equipped her accommodation very well, there is really everything you need. She and Pierrick responded immediately to our calls and messages. The neighborhood is very nice with its pretty Basque houses and the apartment is in close proximity to the large beach (about 3kms)...The planes are quite noisy but there are none at night and it did not bother us. Proximity to buses you can take to reach the train station and go for a ride in Spain or visit all the surrounding cities. We would definitely stay with Anne again.

Nice apartment, quiet. A convenience store and bakery nearby, very convenient. Atypical, with a very nice veranda in the middle. Very welcoming host who made it easy for us to check in and out. I would recommend it in a second.

Duncan was an incredibly responsive and friendly host. He gave us so many great recommendations about the city—where to go, what to see—and was always available to answer any questions, responding very quickly. The apartment itself is in an amazing location, so cozy and charming. The balcony alone is worth the stay—it’s simply an incredible spot to relax and take in the atmosphere. This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, light & airy, well furnished and well equipped. Good location. Dog friendly. We loved the area, lots of places to visit and lots of great walks with our dog (not on local beaches at any time of the year but lots of great alternatives). Plenty of places to shop, eat & drink. Would recommend and would definitely visit again
