We felt very comfortable in Marion's apartment. View of the countryside, quietly located, parking available along the street. Marion responds quickly and very pleasantly. The apartment is well equipped, the beds are very comfortable (even if one is a bunk bed in the closed room). For my dog, there were even extra dog towels ❤️ and for us humans, there were small treats as gifts 🤩 We were at the fair every day - the location in Sarstedt was fantastic for this 👍🏼 Thank you Marion! We felt at home.

With the nicest place I've ever stayed. Super clean, lovingly decorated, small attention to welcome. Everything for the stay in the bathroom and kitchen available. Anke and Thomas responded very quickly to inquiries and were available on site. Very nice communication via chat and on site. We'd love to come back anytime if the cottage is hopefully available ☺️

Christian welcomed me very warmly and we had a long conversation right from the start, the apartment was very very nice and clean. The environment is very quiet. In between, it was even cleaned once and Christian inquired if everything was okay! Fully recommended and thanks again for the lovely stay.

A great place with a great host. I had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures – clean, well equipped and super cozy. The attention to detail and the garden was particularly beautiful for me. The house is large and offers plenty of space. Janett was extremely friendly, helpful and always available if any questions came up. The location of the property is also perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend this place to anyone and I'd love to come back!

An absolute dream accommodation – we will be happy to come back! The house really impressed us – it was immaculately clean, furnished with a lot of love for detail and incredibly stylish and cozy at the same time. We didn't miss anything at all. The kitchen was superbly equipped, even welcome drinks were ready for us – a very nice gesture! The location is also great: Quietly located and yet you can reach Hanover or other places worth seeing in the area in a short time. The many tips and information we received from Perdita were particularly helpful. On her recommendation, we were also in a fantastic Italian restaurant in the neighboring village – a real highlight of our stay. Check-in was also completely uncomplicated and smooth. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation – this house is a real gem on Airbnb!

The location is idyllic and perfect to unwind after a long day. Those who like to walk will love the rural surroundings. Despite the quiet location, you can reach shopping in just a five-minute drive – a great combination! The amenities were completely sufficient and corresponded exactly to the description. The friendly welcome and fast communication were particularly pleasant. If questions arose, they could be asked quickly by message or directly to Bastian's parents on site. Parking was available right in front of the building. All in all, a great stay – I'll be happy to come back!

A nice, modern and at the same time cozy, warm apartment, in which everything you need is available and which at the same time is not too crowded. Even good knives for cooking are there. Anita and her mother, who handed over the keys, seem very likeable, open and warm. The location is hard to beat (3 minutes to Lake Maschsee, quiet and at the same time very centrally located and well connected). We'll happily come back anytime.

Small "apartment" in a private house. The entrance is shared with the residents of the house. Up the stairs and to the left is a small living room with bed and some kitchen equipment. The bathroom is private and well equipped. In terms of amenities, I would describe the accommodation as a room with a private bathroom rather than an apartment, as there is no kitchen, but it was completely sufficient for my purposes. Convenient location. Supermarkets and tram station are within walking distance. There are plenty of parking options. Most of the time even right in front of the house. The property is quietly located and offers nice opportunities for walks in the immediate vicinity. Check-in and check-out are via key boxes and are therefore super flexible and easy. The place was clean and the host was very accommodating and friendly. Always available and helpful.

A great apartment and super nice hosts. We were greeted right upon arrival by their cute dog and the host and felt really comfortable right from the beginning.

We spent a few nice days in Goslar with our friends and 2 young children. The place was super nice, perfect for our needs and left nothing to be desired. All communication and handling was friendly and straightforward. If we travel to the region again, we would immediately choose this apartment again.

We arrived with 4 people and felt very comfortable in the apartment. It is on the 3rd floor and has no elevator. That was fine with us, but must be taken into account for people with disabilities. There is enough space, cozy beds, a kitchen with sufficient equipment. Everything was great! Thanks

the apartment is equipped to a high standard, very above average for a holiday apartment. Unfortunately, we hardly had time and it is possible to use the amenities, as we were traveling from very early to very late.

We found the apartment was great for our stay. It is very spacious and comfortable. Getting around was simple with the underground being a very short walk away. Manual was a pleasure to deal with and always got back to us very quickly. Thank you Manual for allowing us to check out a little later. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Hanover.
