Die zweite Wohnung hier im Alten Schulhaus ist nach dem Hausbrand 2022 komplett neu renoviert . Viel Licht und Raum sind der erste Eindruck. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Wohnküche mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlicher Couch-Sitzecke und einer Ess-Ecke. Ein Schlafzimmer mit Morgensonne und 1,80m breitem Bett und ein schönes Bad mit Dusche und kleiner Badewanne ergänzen die Wohnung. Mit dem Doppelbett und den 2 Schlafcouchen im Wohnzimmer haben 3-5 Personen/Fam.+Kinder Platz.

Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Brochures for excursions are ready for you upon your arrival.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
