House vacation rentals in Helmstedt

Uwe welcomed us warmly and was always available. We felt very comfortable in his apartment and also totally enjoyed the terrace and the pool in great weather. The bed is super comfortable and the view of the starry sky through the skylight is magnificent. If you can only sleep in the dark, you should pack a sleep mask in the summer. The kitchen is modern and superbly equipped. Many beautiful places, supermarkets and restaurants in Blankenburg and Wernigerode are easily accessible by car. Heimburg itself has little to offer except heavenly peace and a castle ruin with a view.

We were received in a very friendly manner. The place is highly recommended, especially with children. The chickens , rabbits and the beautiful garden were the highlight for our son. Everything is really there in the house and you feel right at home. We will be happy to come back!

A pleasant stay in a characteristic, small house in Wernigerode. Good connection to the hiking areas. A beautiful city center in Wernigerode. Good connections by bus; we left the private car. Barbel is a good host, who likes to tell about the hiking opportunities around his hometown. A pleasant reunion with the Harz!

We stayed with Uwe for a long weekend and were completely happy with the accommodation! The decor is very extravagant but totally stylish, the hanging chairs super comfortable and the fluffiest towels I've ever had in an Airbnb! The interior is just great and everything has been thought of. Small tip: If you like to drink a lot of coffee or even a cappuccino, there were plenty of pods on site for the normal coffee drinker. The location is great for many excursions in Harz. Thank you Uwe for your gem.

I was looking for a place to stay in Barleben at short notice. Tobias' place was already appealing and inviting in the photos. And that's exactly how I found them on site. Extremely clean, well maintained, tasteful, thoughtfully furnished. Tobias had already turned on the heating for me. I highly recommend this place. Thank you.

We had a great men's weekend with a total of 13 people. Expectations were even exceeded because it was a definite highlight. Nothing was missing in the amenities and also thought of the small details. The outdoor area is highly recommended, especially in sunny weather.

Great place in a quiet neighbourhood. cafe and restaurant within walking distance. We stayed here for a long weekend to watch Wolfsburg, stadium was easily in walking distance as is the VW museum and city centre. I booked this last minute as another host cancelled within 24hrs of travel. so pleased it was available as it was better than my original booking. Host excellent and responsive.

Unfortunately, we were only here for 2 nights over Easter. The amenities were great, everything was perfect. Everything is very tastefully decorated. Very clean and cozy. Even our little dog was considered🙂. We wish you continued good rentals and always great guests

Last weekend, I spontaneously decided on a week's vacation in the Harz Mountains and booked the beautiful apartment to check in the very next day. Sascha responded very quickly and sent me very clear overview pictures after booking, which I was able to use to manage the self-check-in without any problems. The apartment itself was - in the truest sense of the word - spanking clean! It is very bright (in the bedroom there are thick curtains for darkening), beautiful and furnished as shown in the photos and generally gives the impression that it was renovated not too long ago. The kitchen is nice and large, bright and has most kitchen utensils, the dishwasher is very quiet. The location itself is great; there is a small grove right in front of the house with a cozy bench where you can read wonderfully at sunset. Should I ever get stranded in the Harz Mountains again, I will book the apartment again, that was absolutely great! Thank you!!

The house is very large, with 6 bedrooms, 13 beds, a cot and additional Baby cots. For nature lovers, the location is very good and you can start hiking/cycling directly. A bakery is only 300m away and also a supermarket is in the village. You are quickly in Ilsenburg and Wernigerode. The house was clean and makes a freshly renovated impression. We can only recommend the house.

From check-in to super uncomplicated departure. Everything was super organized. Great spot for a relaxing girls weekend. Upon request, garden furniture was even placed on the terrace for us. So we were also able to enjoy great hours in the sun in the garden. The well-equipped kitchen let us conjure up a fantastic 3-course menu. Only a whisk was missing ;-). Hi, Petra's boathouse is really in the rural idyll. We had a lovely getaway weekend there, and were able to switch off really nicely. The house itself is suitable for larger groups (we were 8, and had plenty of free space in the rooms). For shopping, you have to drive 5-10 minutes by car to the next town, but we didn't find that a problem. Oh yes, you can buy eggs, milk and butter directly on the farm, which I can also recommend.
