Apartment vacation rentals in Helmstedt

I stayed with Astrid and Rainer for a month and felt at home, as everything was available to live your everyday life relaxed in the apartment. The apartment maintains a rustic style, with wooden beams and old cabinets and display cases. It's not state-of-the-art, of course, but it has its charm. So it always depends on what you're looking for. Visually, some things could be renewed, but technically everything worked just fine. At most, the Wi-Fi is not super strong throughout the apartment, but streaming and working on the laptop still went quite well. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable memory foam bed in the master bedroom. Of course, you are far away from real city life, you have to drive a good distance by car for tourist cities or the Harz Mountains, but everything was feasible combined with day trips. For everyday life, there are beautiful fields within walking distance for walking with views of the village and the surrounding area. Supermarkets 5 minutes by car. Glad to come back!

We had a great stay. Spotless and comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer in Wolfsburg, lots to see snd do.

The place was exactly as advertised, everything worked out wonderfully and we had a great stay. The beds are very soft, but we all slept extremely well in these beds and were totally surprised! We would take the place again at any time!

Our time at Helge's was fantastic. There was everything you needed and beyond that many small touches. Drinks in the fridge, sweets for the kids, soap in the bathroom, garbage bags, coffee. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere else. It was very clean and cozy. When we visit our friends in the area again, we would like to stay there again. Thank you for everything.

I felt very comfortable in Ewen's place. The apartment was lovingly furnished, exactly as described and also optimal from the location. The communication was friendly, quick and easy at all times. Lovely little apartment with top notch views. It is a good starting point for various hikes. You can walk to everything, such as the small supermarket and restaurants in the village. We loved the '70s charm of the building. The host is friendly and straightforward. Absolutely recommended for a holiday in the Harz!

Apartment is good, we had some issue with check in but owner reacted fast end quickly fixed it so we were happy about his good communication.

Simple and good, nothing to complain about. The renovation was informed in the description, so far completely fine (you suspect what you are getting into and all rooms have been fully usable). Everything you need is available, even the kitchen is fully equipped. Super friendly communication.

A great apartment with a great location to the city center. It was also great to have a parking space in the underground garage. We will be happy to come back.

Myself and my partner booked for 2 nights. We arrived late and Paula greeted us warmly and gave us clear and precise information and tips to source eateries etc. We decided last minute to stay an extra night and this was no problem to Paula. We used the hot tub and sauna 1 night and then the hot tub on its own another night and it was so relaxing, peaceful and private I would highly recommend staying here and we will be returning again. It was one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland I have stayed in

Super cool apartment, with really good amenities. Plenty of space and a really nice balcony with a hot tub. The best thing about the apartment is clearly the sauna, - with good lighting, really good heat, scents and much more. Can clearly recommend the place if you are a larger group of people who need a really cool place to hang out.

Very spacious, quiet apartment with very good equipment. We really enjoyed the weekend, the house, the surroundings, the animals... It was just what we needed and what we were looking for.

A really nice apartment! The apartment is on 3 floors. Calm and private surroundings. The roof terrace and the hot tub invite you to relax on beautiful summer evenings. The car can be parked safely in the underground garage. I will definitely come back! :)

We had a super nice weekend. The place was super clean and even nicer than in the photos. Bringing our dog was not an issue. For those who want to use the hot tub, the information is probably still interesting that it must already be turned on in the morning at winter temperatures so that it has the desired temperature in the evening. We felt very comfortable from the first moment. The accommodation is not only beautifully decorated, but also incredibly spacious – perfect for our group. Everyone had enough space to retreat and at the same time there were great areas where we could spend time together. The common room with Kicker & Co. was a real highlight for us. What we loved: Each bedroom had either its own bathroom or one right next to it – that was totally practical and made our stay really relaxing. The kitchen was also well equipped. You can tell how much care is put into the accommodation – everything was very clean, cozy and thoughtful. It was just nice to come “home” in the evening after our excursions. We really enjoyed the time and would come back anytime. A very clear recommendation for those who want to spend a few relaxing days with friends or family
