Apartment in Großhaslach

The apartment was newly built in 2019. It has a beautiful wooden ceiling and impresses with its view of the countryside. Since the road runs above the main house, the little road traffic can hardly be heard. In the apartment there is a small shower room with toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe, a kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher within walking distance. We are located in a place on the Jakob pilgrimage route.

In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

The listed townhouse from the early 16th century. century was and is still lovingly restored. Particular emphasis was placed on ecological building materials (wooden floor, lime plaster, clay plaster in the bathroom), so that the accommodation is very suitable for people who want to sleep healthily. Welcome to our spacious ground floor apartment in the countryside with balcony and terrace. It has its own entrance, living room, kitchen/dining room and bedroom. It is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately no pets are allowed. The apartment is located in a district of Lichtenau, which is 2 km away. There are shops, restaurants, a golf course and an outdoor pool.

Here, we, the Heidingsfelder family, built two vacation homes in the middle of our organic farm for active plants.
