Nice outdoor area. Games and seating. Local store 100 m. Ski out and ski in, illuminated cross-country ski trail, which is lit from dusk until 10 pm every day and about 40 km of groomed trails. Simple standard.

The house has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for families, quiet groups of friends, and smaller work groups, up to 8 guests. A large garden, two terraces, a barbecue, a fireplace, art, Persian carpets, and Maihaugbekken give the house a special character. On the bookshelves there is a large collection of books about Lillehammer's local history, and on the walls there are old pictures from the town. Parking for up to 3 cars.

You have a nice forest behind the property with blueberries and mushrooms, a 3.5 km plowed walking path and a cold dip in the river ten minutes walk away. As well as bike paths. For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for tramway director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A nice garden leads down to a private beach by Mjøsa. Beautiful perennial bed and a separate kitchen garden to supply yourself with. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and make delicious local and organic food, with the farm's and the area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities on Helgøya, for walking, running and cycling.
