Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen am Fuße eines Berges mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Apartment ist klein und gemütlich, jedoch sehr modern ausgestattet mit dem „Bayerischen Touch“, wegen dem wir gekommen sind. Das Bad ist komplett renoviert und hat eine sehr moderne Dusche, Fußbodenheizung usw. Mit dem Auto benötigt man ca 10 Minuten in die Stadt, Fußläufig sind ein paar Gaststätten zu erreichen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Wir kommen sehr gerne nochmal vorbei.

Siamo stati 5 giorni in questo appartamento; appena entrati ci è sembrato di essere a casa. Arredamento curato e tutto pulito. Belli i giardini, la piscina e la sala giochi per i bambini. C'è anche il garage coperto. Tutto impeccabile.

Unglaublich, top preis für all die möglichkeiten

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Birgit war so lieb und hat uns auf Wohnung 10 umgebucht, die über einen großen Balkon mit tollem Bergblick verfügt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Wohnung groß und mit viel Stauraum. Man fühlt sich sofort wie Zuhause. Parkplätze stehen vor der Tür zur Verfügung. Man kann direkt von der Unterkunft loswandern. Zwei Supermärkte sind nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem ein sehr tolles Osterwochenende. Wir kommen sicher wieder und testen dann auch die Sauna und die Tischtennisplatte.

Great apartment right next to the English garden. Easy walk to the city also if you are fit. The bus also stops right outside the apartment. Perfectly clean, great communication and flexible check in for us. Highly recommended…fantastic apartment in a great area.

Great apartment in Munich. It is big, clean and comfortable. It was easy to find, the instructions for the checkin were crystal clear, and a big plus for me was the underground parking garage. The only awkward thing was trying to open the lock-box in a public space in rain, with people around me, but I guess that‘s the only possibility available on site. Markus was extremely friendly and communicative, he was very quick to reply to all my messages. I can only recommend him as a host and the apartment.

Heel gezellig en ruim appartement, prachtige tuin met uitzicht op de Karwendelspitze, met heerlijke ligstoelen. Vriendelijke gastheren.

Wolfger is a great host. A man of culture and generosity. He loves to share his life experiences and create new ones with his guests. The apartment is within 7 minutes walk of Neuperlach Zentrum Ubahn, from where you can be in Central Munich within 15 minutes. The shopping centre at Neuperlach Zentrum has every shop you could expect, and there are plenty of places to eat if Wolfger can't tempt you with a homemade dish.

We had a lovely stay! From start to finish, Andy was kind and helpful, and we very much enjoyed the accommodations. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was a perfect spot for our group of 3 travelers, and we found it very easy to get all around the city from the nearby transit stations. Would happily stay here again!

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. Gute Unterkunft, ein wenig ab vom Schuss mit einem freundlichen Gastgeber. Wir würden hier definitiv wieder übernachten.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, äußerst zentral aber doch etwas abseits vom Trubel. Gegenüber der Hahnenkammbahn. Tolles Interieur mit offenem Kamin. Küche top eingerichtet. Keine Wünsche offen. Waren als große Familie da. Perfekt für 8 Personen. Jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Zusätzliches Gäste-WC. Top!

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Przebywałem tam podczas mojej podróży służbowej. Dom jest dobrze urządzony i można poczuć się w nim naprawdę swobodnie. Dodatkowym atutem był stół bilardowy w piwnicy. Polecam serdecznie!!

Vom Check-in bis Check-out hat alles bestens geklappt. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der bei Fragen gut erreichbar ist. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, besonders auch aufgrund der guten Lage.

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

Wir haben uns im Haus von Sophia und Patrick sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Es bietet viel Platz auch mit mehreren erwachsenen Personen. Die Kommunikation mit Patrick war sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Ein paar Minuten vom Haus entfernt, erreicht man mit dem Auto das P+R Neuperlach Süd, von dort ist es mit der U-Bahn etwa 25 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Sehr grosszügiges und äusserst sauberes Haus, das sehr viel zu bieten hat. Es ist im und ums Haus herum alles vorhanden, was es für einen erholsamen und gemütlichen Urlaub braucht. Wir können diese Adresse nur weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank an die aufmerksamen und netten Gastgeber Sonja und Klaus.

auch bei vielen kurzfristige Änderungen sehr hilfsbereit und kein Problem diese umzusetzen. sei es eine spontane Umbuchung des gewünschten Zeitraumes, eine Person mehr und individuelle Wünsche auf mehr "einzel"Schläfer als normal. die Gastgeberin kann ich nur bestens weiter empfehlen!

Vielen Dank für die tolle Unterkunft – wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt! Alle Annehmlichkeiten waren wie beschrieben und die Unterkunft sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig . Super schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten von der Gastgeberin. Wir waren insgesamt super zufrieden und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen.
