Waterfront vacation rentals in Hausham

We spent 11 days in the apartment and felt very comfortable overall. There were two of us and there was plenty of room. With six people, you have to get along well. The amenities are awesome. Those who want to cook at the apartment should miss almost nothing. Everything is available and so you can romp around wonderfully. The dining room, as well as the living room, are very cozy and it feels at home very quickly. We spent relaxing days and helped Sarah and her family with any issues right away. One small note: we felt the apartment was audible. But that would be our only point. Of course, this is not a fault of the landlords. It may just be interesting for people who are more sensitive. Definitely not worth a point deduction for us and it stays with a 5/5 :-)

We recently stayed at Wolfgang and Andrea’s loft while visiting Munich from the US with my wife and our three kids, and I can’t say enough great things about our experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The loft was exactly as described—beautiful, peaceful, and spotlessly clean. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Wolfgang personally greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the space, which was a wonderful touch. They had even stocked the fridge with sparkling water and wine, and left snacks for the kids—such thoughtful hospitality! Transportation was a breeze. We had easy access to everything we wanted to do in the city, which made exploring Munich with a family smooth and stress-free. The host’s communication was excellent—prompt, clear, and friendly. Their instructions were incredibly helpful and detailed, showing just how much care they put into making sure guests have an outstanding experience. They are definitely 5-Star!

Hassle-free, nice contact and friendly welcome by the family running the long-established pottery with the beautiful workshop. Beautiful views over the lake and the mountains to the east. In summer, a plus is certainly your own "mole" not a minute away with deckchair and parasol. Frauenchiemsee is fast walking, but if you are there for a few more days, still attractive again and again, as well as Herrenchiemsee next door, where we have been several times away from the "tourist must". Everything you need is pleasantly available. Apartment in the old house (18th century?) logically somewhat clairaudient despite modernization, therefore plausibly more peace and quiet between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. But that doesn't bother anyone on this so quiet birdsong island. Gladly again and thank you !

We had a great time living.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

Super clean apartment. Very central location to get to know Ammersee. Close to shopping malls. Wonderful views of Lake Ammersee. Beach and bar nearby, 2 minutes' walk. We stayed at Susanne and her family's apartment for the first time. It was fantastically beautiful. We felt comfortable right away. Everything was as described, that bedroom could even be darkened very well. The family was incredibly friendly and very helpful. The surroundings were just incredibly beautiful. You could walk to Austria on the Hechtsee. We were very enthusiastic and will be back.

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

Very cozy apartment, which was our "base camp" for bike tours. Good storage facilities for bicycles. Very nice contact with Sofia, thank you again!

Cornelia was an excellent host. She met with us upon check in to explain all of the intricacies of the home, she was kind and so easy to work with. It was close to shops, bakeries, restaurants and grocery stores. We absolutely recommend her home and would stay here again!

What a beautiful home in a stunning location. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is also a large living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. There is a cellar downstairs with washing machine. There is a separate outdoor eating area with BBQ. The garden overlooks the lake and the house has beautiful views. There are some lovely walking trails at the back of the house which are worth exploring. The home was very clean and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. A real home from home. The location is fantastic, close to the lake and within walking distance of the Seehaus restaurant on the lake and local shops and amenities. Communication with Alison and Robert was good throughout and they were able to give us some information about local events. A lovely stay and if we come back to the area we would definitely book again. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Marina & Max's! The apartment is very clean and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need in kitchen utensils is available (including a small coffee machine). There was a dishwasher & an oven (which is not a given). The bathroom is spacious with a large shower. There was also a washing machine. In the living room there was a large tv. The area is very quiet, but still very easy to reach by car. The hosts are very kind and very responsive to messages. We felt very comfortable there!

My family and I enjoyed my stay very much. Both apartments are stylishly equipped, comfortable and very well located for hiking in the area. We particularly liked the terrace and the balcony with a view of the Wendelstein! We will be happy to come back.

A great stay! Simone was super nice and warm – we felt immediately welcome. A special highlight was the small round trip with Werner, where he showed us cool hotspots that we would otherwise never have discovered. Absolutely recommended!

Family vacation at Pentecost. It was a very warm but also informative reception to the possibilities around the Tegernsee by the hosts. During the apartment handover, individual interests were advised. The apartment was clean and corresponded to the listing, the amenities were appropriate. It is bright and well-designed, especially the large wrap-around terrace invites you to linger. You can enjoy the sun in the fresh air with breakfast until it sets in the late evening in the direction of the lake view. In bad weather, this would also be possible from the inside through the large panoramic windows. Somewhat hidden, directly opposite the apartment, there is the possibility to go swimming in the lake. There are no sunbathing areas nearby, but you can sunbathe on the loungers on the terrace. In St. Quirin itself, "nothing" is happening. However, the center of Tegernsee is 10 minutes by car, alternatively by bike or 30-45 minutes on foot. We will be happy to come back.

I booked Lana's house to go see the LDC final, I still wanted a relaxing place knowing that Munich would already be very lively. A real slice of heaven in Germany! The bed was incredibly comfortable which was a big plus on this trip. The place is beautiful, with a soothing view and a totally exotic setting from the big cities, perfect for unwinding. Everything was clean, and I'm a clean freak! Well decorated and modern and the general atmosphere made you want to extend the stay. The place is very quiet. A huge thank you for this timeless break. I'll be back for sure! See you soon :)

Great place to stay, very convenient for the train to Munich and to the Alps. Another time I would come later in April or early May, which is when boat trips begin and more mountain hiking routes are open. Heike was incredibly responsive and helpful, being just downstairs, and I felt she would help with any situation. The flat is obviously used by the family and so has many useful things such as paper and pencils, sandwich boxes - Heike even offered for my daughter to borrow some hiking boots to try. We loved the patio with the view of the mountains, to eat and to relax, and the comfortable and colourful furnishings.

Annika allows you to be at home, in a cozy home made by the dedication of those who love. Comfort details, nothing is missing, extreme cleanliness, order and accessibility of everything. It can accommodate guests with very different needs because everything has been designed FOR ALL NEEDS. Fantastic

Very nice apartment overlooking the lake. Parking available. In the kitchen, there was everything you needed in terms of kitchen utensils. The village shop and village cafe are a 2-minute walk away. Has now reopened with new owners. We would come back anytime.

There were four of us in the apartment and it was a great time! Very relaxed! The rushing water from the river and the great view of nature - we liked it very much!!! We also did and saw a lot! We've already talked about how we'd like to come back here again!

We felt completely comfortable with Franziska. The place was very clean and lovingly decorated. The location is simply fantastic – nature begins right outside the front door, ideal for walks, bike rides or a short run. Several lakes are also nearby and easily accessible. The kitchen is excellently equipped, so you can easily cook for yourself. There were four of us plus baby traveling and there was plenty of room – both indoors and outdoors. It was especially nice to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning and enjoy the tranquility. Thank you, Franziska, for the great time – we will be happy to come back!
