Lovely place to stay in Munich. We were able to walk through parkland or along the water to everywhere we wanted to go. Place was clean and well-appointed with everything we needed, including washer/dryer and kitchen. Very responsive and helpful host.

Rupert has an amazing space that I wish was my own! Great natural light, comfortable bed, and really nice kitchen and patio. This was an awesome location and Rupert was an excellent communicator. We hope to come back someday!

Nicci is a warm and open-minded host. When it comes to (online) communication, Nicci is reliable and responsive. Instead of a simple key handover, she greeted us outside the house upon our arrival. She then showed us in detail the underground parking, the apartment, sauna and the gym. Useful and varied tips were available from her "on top." The apartment was very clean and ideal for two people. There was nothing missing. We were also surprised by some of the amenities she had provided for us. We felt at home from "minute 1" and enjoyed the magnificent view of Nicci's "front garden" (Lake Tegernsee and the mountain panorama) from the living room every day. If you want to escape everyday life, we can only recommend Nicci's apartment. Therefore 5 out of 5 stars! We'll be back.

Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

The best thing about this accommodation is its host, Martin. So nice and kind young man who made our stay wonderful and made us feel like we were in our home. Martin's home is beautiful, comfortable, stylishly arranged and very clean. It have beautiful garden which gives you a place to fully enjoy in the nature and sun, while the spa center a minute away, gives this home six stars. There are many shops and cafes in the area, and it takes half an hour to get to the center of Munich. Visit Martins ovely home and enjoy as a king. I know we will soon again. super nice and lovingly furnished place to stay. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed using the hot tub and grill. I highly recommend the place and hope we can come back on a nice sunny day.

Great hosts! We arrived to get the keys and were treated to beer and food in the refrigerator. The space was great for our purpose with easy access to buses and trains to Octoberfest and Bayern Munich. The space was as promised and they were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this place for a base for exploring the area!!!

Modern, clean flat in a fantastic location with everything we needed for a fantastic ski break. So convenient to the gondola, restaurants, kids' ski school, etc. Christian met us on arrival to show us around, and they provided restaurant recommendations as well. We had a terrific stay! Thank you.

Like staying with friends privately…. It was easy to get in, it was easy to settle in… balcony out to the garden where there is a small river as well as a larger canal further up and in the morning there is a beautiful view.. Old vinyl records as well as record player in the living room which made the stay even more nostalgic.. super welcoming couple with the loveliest little girl…🤗 If you want to slow down, this is the perfect place.

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

We had a great week stay at the location. Three days of business, four days of tourism. It was conveniently located near my meetings, and the train down to the tourist area (and everywhere else in Munich) was within walking distance from the house. The house had a great living room, kitchen, and there were nice rooms on the second and third floor. (I would not recommend this for folks with mobility issues since it has a staircase that is almost a spiral staircase). The room on the third floor bed would have been tight for two people, but was perfect for me, the second floor bedroom was perfect for two. The host was super responsive and let us check in early and stay late at no extra charge. Check out was simple. We received local recommendations, and enjoyed our stay. If you are staying in hot weather, be forewarned that there isn't air conditioning and the third floor can be warm. It ended up being cool, and I was able to open up the windows so it was pleasant.

I was alone in this huge house. But I counted the beds and they match the information. Also nicely divided for 9 guests. However, in my opinion, "Tim" is not a person, but a synonym. The house is professionally managed by an administration. I'm sure I didn't communicate with any Tim. There was no telephone contact. Was not necessary, I got all the information here, the rest was self-explanatory. I was definitely satisfied, even if the terraced house is not quite like the photos. So, 80s style but ok and clean in a quiet settlement and definitely worth the money. Best regards

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Our stay was great for the 8 of us. We found the place cozy & felt very comfortable. Harald was very nice, relaxed and gave us good recommendations for the area. For our 3-day mini ski vacation, it was also really fine that the next ski lift in Scheffau (beautiful ski resort) was only about 30 minutes away. We will be happy to be back next year. Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. We stayed with our two children (8 and 12 years) over New Year's Eve for a week in the beautiful vacation home of Sonja and Klaus. The house lacks nothing. It is very well equipped and very lovingly and tastefully decorated. Even a foosball table and a small pool table are available in the basement and were played diligently by us. The location of the vacation home is very good. Within walking distance to Lake Chiemsee. A car parking space is available in the carport - nice if you don't have to scrape in winter. Sonja and Klaus are very friendly and likeable owners. If necessary, they are happy to give tips for the area and current events. We will be happy to come back!
