The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

You can enjoy the sun almost all day long on the large, sunny balcony. The bus stop in front of the door and the S-Bahn within walking distance ensure that you are in the city center in 25 minutes. The nearby forest, on the other hand, offers the opportunity for athletic relaxation.

The very bright and newly furnished apartment is located in the heart of Nuremberg. There are restaurants, pubs and stores for everyday needs in the area. The important hotspots such as the pedestrian zone, National Museum or Lorenzkirche are also within walking distance. The subway stop is a 4-minute walk and Nuremberg Central Station is a 13-minute walk. Nuremberg Airport is 17 minutes by subway and the exhibition center is 12 minutes away.

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.
