Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

There is permanent ventilation in the wooden house. In the bedroom, a large waterbed (2 m x 2.20 m) ensures a good night's sleep. The property has been lovingly and individually furnished. The kitchen is small but superbly equipped. Barbecue and sunbathing in the garden. Outdoor sauna, 2 e-bikes, Thule Cab2, Wallbox can each be booked additionally.

We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

"Heimatselig" is located in the idyllic town of Wolframs-Eschenbach, nestled in the beautiful Franconian lake district. Our vacation home is located on the 2nd floor of the granny flat of our single-family house built in 2018 in the Franconian architectural style. With a lot of love & passion, we planned and implemented the expansion of the apartment in order to create a time out full of well-being and comfort for our big and small guests. Self-contained apartment, Brombachsee, Nuremberg City/Messe

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

The cottage is quietly located between Altmühlsee and Brombachsee on the outskirts of Haundorf. A large garden is available for all guests to relax, romp and grill. Private parking is available right in front of the house and of course free Internet/Wi-Fi is also offered. Your bicycles can be parked in the garage.
