In our cozy tiny house you can forget about everyday life! The cottage is situated in a very quiet residential area on the outskirts of Neuendettelsau surrounded by forest. 5-10 minutes' walk to our leisure pool Novamare, beautiful hiking and cycling trails. The train station is also a 15-minute walk away for a trip to Nuremberg or Ansbach. In 20-30 minutes you can be in the Franconian Lake District by car. Restaurants and supermarkets in the town center are also within walking distance.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Auf unserem privaten Grundstück im kleinen Dorf Eichenberg, einem Ortsteil der Gemeinde Haundorf im fränkischen Seenland, steht euer Tiny Haus. Mit Fertigstellung im August 2024, haben wir versucht einen Ort zu schaffen welcher zur Entspannung einlädt und bestes Wohlbefinden bietet. Erkundet den nahegelegenen Altmühlsee (8km) / Brombachsee (12km) mit deren zahlreichen Freizeitattraktionen. Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur!

There are two rooms suitable for four people plus a toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed, a large sofa bed and a single bed in the 2nd room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace that leads to the granny apartment is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian Lake District are very close, as is the train, which gets to Nuremberg in 22 minutes. Animals only on request.

The cottage is quietly located between Altmühlsee and Brombachsee on the outskirts of Haundorf. A large garden is available for all guests to relax, romp and grill. Private parking is available right in front of the house and of course free Internet/Wi-Fi is also offered. Your bicycles can be parked in the garage.
