Great location and beautiful building to stay in.

We have just returned home after a week at Beach apartment. The location was ideal, just across the road from the beach & an easy level walk into Hastins. The apartment was spotless & equipped with everything you could need for your stay. Huge windows overlooking the sea made the apartment very light & airy. The view was wonderful being so close to the sea. Communication with Sarah was excellent with any queries we had being answered promptly. There is no parking at the property but we could stop to unload the luggage & Sarah had suggested locations to park which were within 5 minutes walk. We didn't need to pay as plenty of free roadside parking within that 5 minutes walk. Plenty of good place's to eat close by. We found the bus service in the area to be very good & used it for days out to Rye & Eastbourne. Rye is a very pretty town, great for a day out. We had a great holiday & wouldn't hesitate to return to Sara's apartment if we return to Hastins in the future.

Ben’s place was lovely, a great location and very comfortable with everything we needed, and Ben provided lots of useful information about the flat and the area. It was definitely the most comfortable Airbnb bed we’ve slept in! Ben was a great host and we’d definitely recommend his flat.

Great flat right on the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk from some lovely St Leonard’s restaurants. The front of the flat overlooks the sea and the back whilst it does not have much of an outlook, is spacious and quiet. Hastings is about 30 mins straight along the front so you have everything you need within walking distance. It was lovely to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the sea!

We loved our stay. Perfect for what we needed and a short walk to beach. Exceeded expectation and hope to stay again soon.

This home was probably the best Airbnb we've stayed in. The photos already looked great but it actually exceeded our expectations. The two living room areas were lovely to spend time in and the kitchen was really well equipped. The downstairs area is huge as well, with 3 bedrooms and an ensuite bathroom for each. The beds were really comfortable too. The proximity with the sea, grocery stores, restaurants and activities was very practical. Danielle was really lovely and helpful. she messaged proactively and responded quickly when needed.

Gorgeous and generous accommodation in Old Hastings, central to great restaurants, independent shops, the beach, and old fishing quarter. The accommodation is beautifully decorated with interesting objects, and feels like home from home. The thoughtful details and numerous provisions made for a great and happy stay. Our thanks to the hosts for the ease or communication and plentiful suggestions and, of course, for the wonderful 'home'. We hope to be back!

Enid is absolutely lovely, she went out of her way to make sure we had a brilliant stay. Her place was very clean and well equipped. It is a little out of the way but was easy to get taxis and only 8/9 to get to Hastings old town. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is super close to all amenities of central St Leonard’s - restaurants, bars, galleries, shops, cinema, and station all a few minutes’ stroll away. The entrance is tucked away at the back of Marine Court, with glorious sea views from the front living room/kitchen. Super comfy beds and gorgeous bedding made the two quiet bedrooms peaceful spaces to rest and relax in. Whole apartment is stylish and well-equipped and a great base for enjoying St Leonard’s and Hastings.

Karolina’s place is in a beautiful part of Hastings, centrally located and just a short walk from the beach. Each room was gorgeously decorated and homey. She was also very accomodating about letting us in earlier than check in. Our cat Benny came with us on his first trip away from home and loved it too!

Lovely apartment close to St Leonard's station. The bed is something to boast about, it's amazing for both size and comfort! The living room is cozy and spacious, and the garden is very peaceful. The shower is great and big enough for a couple to shower together whilst using both the overhead and the shower handle. The neighbourhood is quiet and the walk to Hastings town centre is both lovely by the coast and through the green areas. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights and Jane was the perfect host. She was responsive and helpful and as we were celebrating an occasion she helped make our stay feel special. The flat is in the old town located above a cute cafe (perfect for breakfast!) and accessed from the rear down quiet road. It is close to shops and the sea so the location is great. The rooms inside are spacious and the bath towels luxuriously soft and fluffy.

We had a great couple of days in Victoria's place. The balcony was worth it alone! Lovely spot for breakfast, pre-dinner drinks, post dinner drinks! Views of the sea, bird nests on the opposite buildings, bats flying late at night. Also, if you peer over the balcony there is often a beautiful fox sunning itself in the garden below. St Leonards and Hastings Old Town are great for an amble, with views from East Hill back over the town if you're feeling spritely! All in all, a great stay.

A beautiful apartment with everything you need, lots of natural light and a very comfortable bed. Some fruit in the fruit bowl to welcome us on our arrival was a big bonus! Would definitely stay here again next time we're in St Leonard's.

We had a wonderful stay at your place. The bed was so comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. The swimming pool was stunning and the lovely warm temperature made it very relaxing. You were a fantastic host – very responsive and friendly. Thank you, and we would definitely stay again sometime

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

Ciera was fantastic! Very helpful, responsive and kind. The space was cozy and comfortable, very lovely. The heaters made the place very toasty which was just what we needed after a day out! The area was fab, and the location of the flat was very close to all the things we wanted to do. I’d highly reccomend this place!

Me and boyfriend went for trip to Eastbourne for my birthday celebration. Very glad that we chose to stay in Isabella’s accommodation. Apartment was clean and felt like at home. Location is good, 15 min to rail station and 25 min to the sea side. Hot tub was a nice bonus to all of it.

Great location. Nice house. My friends and I had fun there.

This property is a very central location, close to the sea and local amenities. Lots of steps to the living area which kept us fit after a 20 mile trail race! Everything was clean, had everything we needed and was very comfy. We used the hot tub which was a real treat.
