With a comfortable king size bed with hotel bedding, 42" tv and a rainfall shower in the travertine mosaic tiled wet room. Free parking outside outside 11-1pm on weekdays and all the time 50m up the road.

Gorgeous, spacious, south-facing flat with stunning sea views, original features, and high ceilings. The sunrises/sets and moon reflections are breathtaking! In between St Leonards on Sea and Hastings, and 30 seconds to the beach! The bedroom has a king size bed and the living room a double sofabed. Bedding is cotton/linen washed with non toxic products. Flat is on the 3rd floor but not that many stairs and as such, sea views far from the madding crowd! There is free parking nearby

Lovely ground floor room in 140 year old, 3 storey Victorian house, open plan design, retro fit. A place with modern comforts set in old world charm. You have your own front door, en-suite bathroom, full length mirror and a patio front garden. Great place for a shot break and a good base for exploring the town. Hastings is built on a hill so you will be walking up and down. It is flat on the sea front and you can walk to Bexhill’s De La Warr Pavilion without going on to a road.

The Annex

A two bedroom self-contained cottage set in the East Sussex countryside, with views of the Fairlight Hall Estate and the English Channel. On a clear day you can see as far as Dungeness and the inter-lying beaches. Situated between the historic old fishing port of Hastings and the fortified hilltop town of Rye, on the A259. The Annex is next door to a family home within their established garden, to which guests have access. The nearest railway stations are Battle or Hastings.

One bedroom loft flat near Alexandra Park Hastings

A self contained apartment within our Victorian home. We live in the house but the apartment is private. The apartment is situated at the TOP of the house on the fourth floor. Accommodation includes a separate bedroom with king size bed, separate compact bathroom, kitchen/diner/living room. The property is accessed through the main front door, there is no separate entrance for the apartment but you will have complete privacy during your stay. All the doors have locks.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. See the last few photos for the views and the new gleaming building exterior.

The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

Double bed, en-suite. Separate snug with utility sink/drainer, a TV/DVD player, full sized fridge, toaster, induction hob, air fryer and microwave. Cutlery, pots, crockery all supplied. x1 well behaved pet allowed, pet fee payable with booking.
