Luxury Log Cabin with a Hot Tub

JamesRating, 5 stars6 days ago
A beautiful property amidst beautiful surroundings. Pictures didn't do the place justice. We were sad to leave as the place had everything, and the host had thought of everything. And the views, just incredible. Total peace, luxury, and some extra pleasant surprises thrown in for good measure. Must book for longer next time...

Woodsmoke Hollow cabin

SamRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Jo was a lovely host, made us feel at home and even provided something special as it was a few days after our wedding. The cabin itself is stunning, very well designed. I love the idea of the sliding book shelf as the toilet door. The bed was extremely comfy and the bedding itself was like a cloud. Few notes, as I know it is a relatively new listing. I would 100% run an Ethernet from your router into the back of the TP link. The internet was very sketchy which meant the projector had problems at times. A full size fridge would be handy as we couldn’t get much in the small one, especially as you have the outdoor kitchen! (I would go in the cupboard and build a new one on top for plates etc) Was unable to get the bbq to work (gas was on and connected). Also struggled to get the hot tub to heat up fully. Second day was unusable even after burning for 5+ hours. We would 100% return, the cabin overall was great. Just a few small details. Overall really good time!

THE HIVE with HOT TUB

JennyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
What can we say about this fantastic property, other than wow! From start to finish our family of now 5 with 14 week old had the best time. An easy check in, great communication with the hosts, and of course the hot tub, which the boys had to get straight into upon arrival. The Hive has everything you could need and want, plus more such as the fantastic game Qwirkle which we'd never played before but LOVED! We also loved the resident guard duck we spotted on the fence a few times 🤭 Great location, lots to see and do for fun and sun seekers along with history buffs alike. 10/10 would recommend, we're likely to be back in the future.

The Old Log Cabin at Dungeness

MarkRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The Old Log Cabin balances style and comfort. It's personal, but not cluttered, and has a surprising amount of space. Best is its location, in the frontline, looking across the shingle to the shore, with a hardy garden, and a perfect indoor/outdoor living area that makes you feel you are part of the wild while still providing shelter from the harsh Dungeness elements. You feel part of the quirky Dungeness world of humans and industry when you look back, but alone in the landscape when you look forward. It's a perfect balance. And Adam is a great host, communicative and friendly.

The Boar Wood - Cosy Woodland Cabin

BenRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I recently stayed at this awesome wood cabin and had such a great time. The location is super peaceful, perfect for getting away from everything. The owners were really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The cabin itself was cozy and had all the basics for a comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be booking again and highly recommend it if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay!

Sarissa has a lovely place. We'd been before and were really happy we found a space this half term. My 8 yo loved feeding the animals with Sarissa. The log cabin is cosy and close to lots of fun places. Will hopefully be coming back again!

A special self catering cottage

JackieRating, 5 stars2 days ago
Absolutely brilliant Air BnB. Great location to visit Eastbourne, Brighton, Rye, Wakehurst etc though the track to it is pretty bumpy so not ideal if you are going out several times a day. However, we went out in the morning & back in the evening & it’s so quiet & peaceful when you are there, it didn’t bother us. Accommodation was exactly like the photos & was so well stocked e.g. welcome basket, milk, dish washer tablets, biscuits etc & they saved our bacon because we forgot dog bowls but there they were in the cupboard; absolutely brilliant 🤩 Extremely clean & beautifully decorated throughout with shampoo & shower gel included. Was made to feel really welcome & our little westie, Minnie, thoroughly enjoyed her week away as well. Probably one of the best Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. Will definitely return when we next visit Sussex 😊😊

Woodland Lodge

JulietteRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin over the Easter weekend. Groombridge is a lovely, tucked away area and the cabin feels very remote and peaceful. Christopher made us feel very at home and I cannot recommend the pizza more! Perfect dough recipe. Comfortable sleeping and spacious for 7. Highly recommend ⭐️

Luxury Shepherds Hut - Vineyard views - Firepit

SueRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Just back from a stay at Nicola’s shepherds hut, it was just what we needed away from work life, it was so peaceful just listening to the birds singing and being able to forget your worries. The hut had everything we needed, the bed was cozy and we even went for a wild water swim which was a first for us and would recommend, thank you for a lovely stay ❤️

Robertsbridge Land Pod ~ Acorn

LucyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
A truly beautiful place to stay! Rebecca was so helpful and welcoming with great communication. We stayed in the camper which was basic but surprisingly warm and comfy. Our fellow guests stayed in Acorn which what it lacked in luxury, it definitely made up in spectacular views of the forest and tranquility. We wishes we’d stayed longer as we didn’t get the chance to have a campfire or explore the area but will definitely come back again to sample these next time. The facilities on site (toilet/shower etc) are basic but clean and tidy. This is more back to nature camping than luxury hotel but we loved it ❤️

Cosy hideaway near the Downs

SiânRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A five-star example of what to expect from an Airbnb property Beautiful little nook/hideaway off of a main road but with open countryside and sea view walks accessible directly from the property - we recommend the route provided in the welcome book A simple, tasteful and modern space, squeaky clean, and a quirky little outbuilding to escape the children (or vice versa) Lovely little extras to welcome us - thank you :)

Child Friendly• Guest Rave: Hens•Cats•Marshmallows

sarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed a two night stay at the ‘The Cosy Lodge’ with our two young grandchildren. The setting was peaceful and we loved all the little extra features, the cut flowers, biscuits and selection of teas. The huge marshmallows were a huge hit and Kelly very kindly gave us some dry logs when ours were too damp! We loved the roaming chickens and cats, the children’s favourite was Mr Lettuce the tortoise. The children were really excited to look for eggs in the mornings. The Lodge was very cosy, the beds were super comfy. The shower room next door was a great facility with young children, a lovely selection of shower gels and soaps, the children loved sampling the watermelon, grape and peach iced tea toothpaste. There is also a great selection of toys, games and books, we didn’t put the tv on once. Kelly and Richard were very responsive and friendly hosts, it was lovely to stop and chat. I would certainly go back.

We were also provided with a fire pit and wood for the evening, A small additional cost. Inside the cabin, It was lovely and cosy, Heater provided for the chilly evening. We cooked our meal on a small oven provided which was very easy to use. Plenty of room in the fridge to stock out food. It was a very nice surroundings with horse's in the field near by and other friendly camper's. The field was a good size, My puppy enjoyed a walk around on her lead. We would definitely come back.
