Wonderful place to stay. Nice and cosy farmhouse from 19th century, I guess, but renovated with a lot of love. Modern clean and warm bath. There´s even with a old painted door. Everything is beautifully arranged. Parking right in front of the door. Toril lives next door and is a very helpful host. Beautifully located between the lake and the montains, very scenic view. I was there in Winter with two colleagues for ski-touring, but I will return with the family.

Hans and Emily's house is a real gem! Everything has been thought of, there is everything you need and more. The rooms are beautiful and the house has a special charm. A travel cot and high chair were provided for our daughter, there are games for children and adults - so even in bad weather there is no room for boredom. Charging the electric car also worked perfectly (for a more than fair fee). The communication with Hans during the stay was very friendly and helpful. All in all, a really great place to stay with so many options that we hope to try out on our next visit (canoeing, BBQ, swimming etc). Many thanks to Emily and Hans and all the best!

Old house with the character of Bergen. Great location, easy walking into centre and restaurants. Good parking for car, all amenities in house you’ll need. Hosts very responsive and helpful. Can highly recommend.

Eva not say enough about this beautiful house. The location was picturesque and tranquil, we enjoyed sipping our nespresso looking at the view. There was more than enough space for two families, even though we were only three. We had a sauna every day and were lucky to have some snow. The beds were heavenly, we slept in every day. We did some skiing at Panorama Vradal right down the road. Kiki was super responsive in helping us figure things out. Her place is perfect for rest and relaxation. We will be back!!

Soja was a kind host who was very helpful. The stay is located in a beautiful place next to a lake. Sonja lend us her boat and sweet memories were made. 🥰 Will definitely recommend.

Excellent week spent in Nils' accommodation, beautiful environment, very peaceful. Terrace by the fjord, provision of fishing rods and lures. fish-filled fjord very well-equipped house, nothing missing Nils is a very welcoming host we will recommend this destination lots of great places to discover on the island of Askoy

We had a wonderful stay at Eve's beautiful house! The property was clean and offered breathtaking views that made every morning special. Eve was an excellent host with fantastic communication throughout our stay, providing helpful tips about the local area that really enhanced our experience. The location is truly exceptional, with countless options for activities and places to explore nearby. The highlight of our trip was spotting small whales during breakfast - what an incredible and unexpected treat! The house itself is great and perfectly situated to take advantage of both the scenic surroundings and all the region has to offer. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Great location near college. Recommend the City guides walking tour, Martin. Kitchen was small but easy to cook in. Tiny table for 4. .Needed ladder to reach microwave. Had seasonings, oil and tea, coffee, sugar. Much more than other Scandinavian rentals. Uber easy to get around. Norway is beatiful

Great spot to stay while on a roadtrip! Sauna is a very nice amenity.

the apartment was so well equipped, especially the kitchen. The place was comfortable and cozy. if you have a car, it would be perfect... but if you need to rely on public transport, the buses are frequent from Mondays to Fridays. Saturday and Sunday, there are no busses. Kjel and his wife are truly kind. The area is great for hiking.

The apartment was very nice. Great view of the mountain and lake. The apartment had everything you need. When we arrived, the apartment was pleasantly warm. There is an underground parking space. Very nice area for walking. A beautiful conservatory with radiant heater. We would book again if we are in the area.

Had a very nice experience at the accommodation in combination with our hike to Trolltunga. Perfect if you want to be a bit away and do your own thing before and after activities. Amazing views of the lake too!

Inger's place is as described. We were able to park our bikes in the garage. Inger was welcoming and answered any questions we had. The accommodation is close to the ferry that allows you to go to Balestrand easily. The small town of Vikoyri is worth a visit especially for its wooden church. The presence of the road that connects the ferry to Vikoyri generates a little noise. We recommend Inger's place.

The house is even more beautiful and larger than you could see in the pictures. We did not use the boathouse, but it offers a good opportunity to spend time on the water in any weather. The hosts are very nice, we were greeted directly and shown the accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
