Car recommanded for this stay. 6 km from Undredal, 6 km from Flåm, you will find Undredal valley, the area for this cabin. This is the place they have their goats in the summertime, and some of their browncheese-productions. You are still able to see some of the production-equipment inside. The goats will be in this area from middle July to the start of Sept. This is a peacefull place to relax, without TV and WiFi. Take your coffie outside, to the view of mountains and falls. Cabin, perfect for one (or two) families. 2 bedrooms (150 cm size of the beds) inside the main cabin. You can also rent the annex, with 2 extra beds, but this we need to know before you come to the cabin. Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and table for 8 persons. (You can also use this table as work table). This place will give you a good time for relaxing, fishing and hiking. Our guests really appreciate the quiet surroundings and the view from the cabin.

Traditional Hemsedal family cabin spectacular view

We were a family with 5 children and six adults who rented the cabin for a week for cross-country skiing. The cabin was absolutely perfect extremely authentic and well decorated. The view from the cabin is incomparable. If you are going on Alpin, it is easy to get to Solheisen only 3 km away. We drove out from the cabin every day and found good cross-country trails within half an hour by car.

The days at Dag's cabin were incredible! The cottage has everything you need for a break in the beautiful location and is perfect for two people. The heart of the farm is Dag himself - such a warm, helpful and fun person! He was always available for all questions, can give good recommendations for the area and made our trip even more special. The arrangements in advance went smoothly with the help of Patrick. We will be happy to come back!

We had 3 amazing days at the cabin. It's super well decorated and had all the amenities we could want. We arrived in the rain, but it was clear and then we had the most amazing sunny weather. Lovely cabin, lovely area, super good hosts and definitely a place we would recommend to anyone who loves nature and unique hikes.

It's a nice hut, everything is as described. We had a few difficulties finding the cabin at the beginning, as no direct road leads to the cabin. The surrounding area is very nice, but the nearest town is a bit further away. In the cottage you will find everything you need for a perfect winter vacation. Communication with the host went well.

We were very pleased to spend our vacation at Åse's place. The area was already known to us so we already knew how beautiful it is in Tyinkrysset. Åse is a very nice and communicative hostess, we got along very well with her. The place is very cozily furnished and makes it easy to spend a few days there even in the rain. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. We are considering coming back. Thank you for everything.
