Es gibt Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants im Umkreis von fußläufig 10 Min. Mit Bus ( Nr.74 hält auch in Plagwitz + Südvorstadt) oder Bahn ( Nr. 7 ab Wielandstr. 4 Min zu Fuß) seid ihr in 15-20 min in der City.

There’s a parking place infront of the house, there’s school and children’s playground at the back of my house. It’s in the middle. It’s like 5 minutes drive to the train station and also 5 minutes walk to supermarket. There’s a bus station infront of the house.
