Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

The magnificent cottage with its own terrace and forest property is located in the Göhrenz district of Markranstädt right at the gates of Leipzig. The high-quality and luxuriously equipped house impresses with its proximity to Lake Kulkwitz. Free parking, a fire pit and a private playground. The special service includes all-inclusive drinks, snacks and hygiene items. Pure luxury is available with XXL flat-screen TVs and LED lighting as well as a large corner bathtub.

In a private courtyard with lots of greenery, the cozily furnished house (76 m²) awaits its guests. You can park your car for free right in front of your accommodation. The central location means you can quickly get to the city center. In the living area, you can end the day with a crackling fireplace in the cold season (wood is provided by the host). In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Kitchen fully equipped. Bathroom and kitchen were modernized in 2023. If you have any questions, just ask. Hallway on the ground floor is shared . ( entrance area ) Wifi / Netflix available. Green oasis centrally located in Halle/Saale

Our spacious vacation home mimadi offers plenty of space especially for families and groups. The vacation home is modernly equipped with 1 living room (with sleeping option), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen-living room. It has satellite TV in the living room, in 2 bedrooms and kitchen as well as free Wi-Fi. Behind the house is an approx. 900 sqm garden to relax and unwind. Here you can enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet and end the day.

Vacation home "Zum Reihereck"

Comfortable detached architect house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, to the A9 exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes. Many shopping opportunities are very close by. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

We, a young family with two children ( 1 & 5), have a small ecological winery and from May 22 have furnished a small cottage among vineyards. Idyllically located you look at the Bindersee and enjoy the tranquility there. From there you can start great excursions, for example to Seeburg, Lutherstadt Eisleben (20 min drive) to Halle (20 min drive) or to the Harz ( 40 min ride) or simply start a tour by bike directly around the sweet lake.

The villa-like, spacious rear house with its beautiful, large garden is located on a quiet side street in the Leipzig Waldstraßenviertel district not far from the Auenwald and invites you to linger and feel good. The city center, the soccer stadium as well as the Rosental or the zoo are within walking distance, but also various tram lines are close by. This makes the accommodation the ideal base for exploring Leipzig.

Come visit us near Leipzig, and experience this charming and exclusive holiday home on a size of 160m². You don't have to do without usual luxury with us. The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.
