The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
