Alison çok misafirperver ve çok düşünceli birisi. Kendisine çok hızlı ulaşabildim her zaman. Evde her şey vardı. Biz 5 kişi konakladık 5 kişi rahatça kalabilir. Ütü, çay makinası, kahve makinaları, mikser, tabak setleri, çamaşır makinası, bulaşık makinası, banyo havluları, nevresimler, battaniyeler, kutu oyunları, sineklik, kitaplık her şey mevcuttu. Ev çok temizdi, battaniye bile güzel kokuyordu. Bahçede bir tuvalet daha mevcut, içiniz rahat etsin✌🏻 İzmir’in kalabalıklığına rağmen evin bulunduğu konum sakin ve huzurluydu. Deniz olarak Yoncaköy’ü tercih ettik ve oraya arabayla 15 dakikada ulaşıyorduk. Bahçesi o kadar huzur verici ki oradan ayrılmak istemeyeceksiniz. Sadece arka bahçedeki havuz ortak. Ön bahçe sadece size ait. Tek kelimeyle harika bir ev ve ev sahibi, tekrar gelmek için can atıyorum☺️🫶🏻

öncelikle ev sahibimiz çok iyiydi ve kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. ev denizle arasında yol olan çok güzel bir bahçe içerisinde yer alıyor. hem evin içerisinde hem de kendine ait olan bahçesinde ihtiyaç duyabileceğiniz herşey var. ev son derece temiz ve ferah. evin salonunda ve odalarında klima mevcut. deniz manzarası harika. Ev sahibimiz tarafından hazırlanan ikramlarla harika karşılandık. eve ulaşım konusunda her türlü destek ev sahibimiz tarafından verildi ve müsaitlik olduğu için giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladı. Çok güzel geçen bir tatil için ev sahibimize tekrar çok teşekkür ederiz.

Manzarası müthiş. Havuz temiz, özel ve gayet yeterli. Ev sahibi çok misafirperver. 4 gece kaldık kaldığımız hergün bir ikramda bulundu. Fırından yeni çıkmış poğaçalar, ev yapımı zeytinler, ağaçtan topladıkları kayısılar her şey çok güzeldi. Dinlendik ve eğlendik. Her şey için çok teşekkürler

We had a wonderful stay at Lydia’s beautiful home in Samos! The house is very peaceful, with stunning sea views, and perfectly located — close enough to walk to the center if you enjoy a stroll, but still tucked away from the noise. Lydia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even picked us up by car for check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. She also helped us with a great deal on a car rental from her own business, making everything so easy. Lydia speaks Greek, Turkish, and English fluently, which made communication effortless. Her kindness and hospitality truly made this trip even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place! The house itself is very clean and comfortable. It is set within a private gate shared with the hosts (who live next door) that feels safe and secure. The yard is full of gorgeous plants and flowers! It is obviously well cared for. The pool was sparkling clean and a great treat at the end of a long walking day. The hosts, Bekir and Delphine were delightful! They greeted us when we arrived to show us around the property. They were always available for any questions or needs. We had a very early departure on check out day and they got up to say goodbye to us and see us out! They have thought of everything and this place is amazing! If you're lucky enough that it's available for your stay, book it!!

The house has a wonderful sea and city view. And very clean house especially the kitchen and staff. Directions and quick answers to our questions were very helpful. I reccommend every visitor to stay at this house. Very calm and peaceful district. Thanks a lot Lefteris and Dimitri🙏🏻💜

Mulțumim dnei Hayriye pentru cazare, amabilitate si bunăvoință. A fost o sedere scuta, dar frumoasa, am avut de toate. Casa este bine pozitionata, loc linistit cu privelisti minunate.

Harika bir deneyimdi bizim açımızdan. 3kız beraber çıktığımız tatilde konakladık. Ev beklediğimizden temiz ve düzenliydi. Her şey itinayla hazırlanmış ve her şey düşünülmüş. Kutay bey de gayet ilgili ve titizdi. İstediğimiz zaman kendisine kısa zamanda ulaşabildim. Tatilimizin bir kısmı için burdaydık. Evi görünce tatilimize burda devam etmeyi düşündük. Özel araçla geldik o yüzden ulaşım hakkında bir bilgiye sahip değilim.

Evde yedi kişiye kadar konaklayabilirsiniz. Konumu Vathy limanına yürüme mesafesinde ve sakin bir bölgede. Evin manzarası çok güzel, evden çıkmak istemiyorsunuz neredeyse. Ev çok temiz ve bakımlı, birden çok balkon var. Mutfakta çoğu eşya var. Despina her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Misafirperverdi. Tavsiye ederim.

We loved our stay here! We do reccomend a car if you are staying, it made exploring Samos a lot more easy as by foot it may have been impossible and more expensive, the place was good enough to stay in for a day or 2 with the amazing pool and view especially during sunset! The hosts were responsive and kind people, the husband gave us some home made wine when we arrived and a tote bag when we left!

Antonis ve ailesi kibar insanlar. Yer fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi ve merkeze 5 dakika uzaklıkta. Tek seyahat ettim ve hiçbir sorun yaşamadım her şey güvenliydi. Sessiz ve temiz bir muhite sahipler.

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! Monolocale piccolino, ma funzionale e dotato di tutto il necessario: asciugamani, asse da stiro, phon per i capelli, bollitore, tostapane, …. Posizione ottima e host gentilissimo.

Εξαιρετικό διαμέρισμα για μεμονωμένο επισκέπτη, ζευγάρι και ζευγάρι με παιδί. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχο σημείο κοντά στα περισσότερα εμπορικά καταστήματα και στα καταστήματα εστίασης. Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο ικανό να προσφέρει ανέσεις είτε πρόκειται για μικρή είτε και για μεγαλύτερη διαμονή.

Klein aber fein, wer es im Urlaub gerne einfach mag. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Nicht zu viel Schnickschnack aber trotzdem gemütlich. Die Terrasse ist schön, gerade weil man direkt mit dem Hafen und den überaus freundlichen Nachbarn verbunden ist. Trotzdem hat man irgendwie seine Ruhe. Das ist Griechenland pur und die Aussicht auf die Bucht ist auch ein Traum. Es ist möglich, im Hafenbecken zu schwimmen oder 10 Schritte weiter in der anderen Bucht. Bademöglichkeiten gibt es viele , mit den schönsten Kieseln, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Wanderrouten sind toll aber leider nur teilweise ausgeschildert. Yannis hat einen Wanderführer dort. Besser ist es, sich auf das Handy zu verlassen. Dann wird man mit einer vielfältigen Natur belohnt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

Wir waren zu zweit für drei Übernachtungen in Dimitris Wohnung, die recht gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Alles Erforderliche ist vorhanden, sauber, gut auffindbar. Der Zugang war über Schlüsselkasten flexibel gestaltet, Dimitris für Fragen immer erreichbar. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, im alten Teil der Stadt, fussläufig zum Wasser, Restaurants und Geschäften. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!
