Alison is very hospitable and very thoughtful. I was always able to reach him very quickly. The house had everything. We accommodated 5 people, 5 people can stay comfortably. There was an iron, tea maker, coffee machines, mixer, plate sets, washing machine, dishwasher, bath towels, linens, blankets, board games, mosquito net, bookcase, everything. The house was very clean, even the blanket smelled good. There's another toilet in the garden, so you can rest assured✌🏻 Despite the crowd of Izmir, the location of the house was calm and peaceful. We preferred Yoncaköy as the sea and we could reach there in 15 minutes by car. The garden is so peaceful that you won't want to leave. Only the pool in the backyard is shared. The front yard is all yours. Simply a wonderful home and host, I can't wait to come back☺️🫶🏻

This was such a great house with a perfect host! We have stayed there as two families and Erini helped us with all our needs from child-proofing the house to sleeping arrangements. She was very friendly, very helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. House has a big garden and a nice beach just outside. It has all the amenities you can ask for. It’s a newly renovated house with a clean interior. I would strongly recommend it for everyone, especially to families.

The view is amazing. The pool is clean, private and quite sufficient. The host is very hospitable. We stayed 4 nights and he treated us every day. Freshly baked pastries, homemade olives, apricots they picked from the tree, everything was very nice. We rested and had fun. Thank you so much for everything

We had a wonderful stay at Lydia’s beautiful home in Samos! The house is very peaceful, with stunning sea views, and perfectly located — close enough to walk to the center if you enjoy a stroll, but still tucked away from the noise. Lydia went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even picked us up by car for check-in, which was incredibly thoughtful. She also helped us with a great deal on a car rental from her own business, making everything so easy. Lydia speaks Greek, Turkish, and English fluently, which made communication effortless. Her kindness and hospitality truly made this trip even more special. Highly recommend staying here!

I can't say enough good things about this beautiful place! The house itself is very clean and comfortable. It is set within a private gate shared with the hosts (who live next door) that feels safe and secure. The yard is full of gorgeous plants and flowers! It is obviously well cared for. The pool was sparkling clean and a great treat at the end of a long walking day. The hosts, Bekir and Delphine were delightful! They greeted us when we arrived to show us around the property. They were always available for any questions or needs. We had a very early departure on check out day and they got up to say goodbye to us and see us out! They have thought of everything and this place is amazing! If you're lucky enough that it's available for your stay, book it!!

Thank you to Mrs. Hayriye for your accommodation, kindness and goodwill. It was a small but beautiful stay, we had everything. The house is well positioned, quiet place with great views.

It was a great experience for us. We stayed on vacation with 3 girls. The house was cleaner and tidier than we expected. Everything is carefully prepared and everything is thought of. Mr. Kutay was also very interested and meticulous. I was able to reach him in a short time whenever we wanted. We were here for part of our vacation. When we saw the house, we thought we'd continue our vacation here. We came by private vehicle, so I don't have any information about transportation.

You can accommodate up to seven people at home. Its location is within walking distance to Vathy port and in a quiet area. The view of the house is so beautiful, you almost don't want to leave the house. The house is very clean and well-maintained, there are multiple balconies. There are most items in the kitchen. Despina was very helpful in everything. She was hospitable. I recommend it.

This was the third time I stayed at Martha and Evanthia’s place. It’s always wonderful and I look forward to going there again. It really is 5 stars, and Martha and Evanthia are lovely people and make you feel right at home. Agios Konstantinos is the perfect place to relax as well.

The apartment has an amazing sea view and large balcony off the living room. The sea view is unobstructed with views of the harbour to the left and the marina to the right. There are also balconies off the two bedrooms which means you always have the option of sun or shade. Despite being on the main road the apartment was really quiet. The shower was really powerful and the apartment was very clean. Mine was a lovely host, very friendly and helpful. She offered to change the towels and bed linen as frequently as we wanted. We would definitely stay here again, we loved it.

I felt immediately at home which was so nice after travelling for a few weeks. The location is perfect close to everything and the views are amazing. Mr Mustafa and his wife helped me with the washing machine and supplied all I needed -I was very impressed. Also supplied was a water cooler bottle which I really appreciated as so many places expect you to buy bottled water which is detrimental to the environment. I loved staying in my airy, comfortable, safe and beautiful apartment and would definately recommend it to travellors. I think its even better than it looks in the listing ! In terms of location, it's a very nice place in terms of cleanliness, it's just comfortable and just one thing was stuck in my eye, I think there was 1 half toilet paper in the shower for 2 days, I wish I had put 1 more, and if we told the business, they would definitely send one, so in all respects, 5 stars, thank you for your help and attention Lotus Apart🙏

Small but nice, for those who like it simple on vacation. We felt super comfortable. Not too much frills but still cozy. The terrace is beautiful, precisely because you are directly connected to the harbor and the extremely friendly neighbors. Nevertheless, you somehow have your peace. This is pure Greece and the view of the bay is also a dream. It is possible to swim in the harbor basin or 10 steps further in the other bay. There are many swimming opportunities, with the most beautiful pebbles I have ever seen. The hiking trails are great but unfortunately only partially signposted. Yannis has a hiking guide there. It is better to rely on the cell phone. Then you will be rewarded with a diverse nature. We will definitely be back

The location is shown as inside, but the house was close to everywhere, it was clean, there was everything from creams to ironing, we were as comfortable as in our own home, they allowed us to use the private garden, we had no problems with checking out, they said we could check out whenever we wanted, I would really stay again if I came again, thank you very much

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

There were two of us staying in Dimitri's apartment for three nights, which is quite comfortably furnished. We felt right at home. Everything required is available, clean, easy to find. The access was flexible via key box, Dimitris always accessible for questions. The location of the apartment is perfect, in the old part of the city, walking distance to the water, restaurants and shops. We would come back anytime and highly recommend the place!

The apartment is exactly as described, with a magnificent, brand new facility. You can book blindfolded. Mr. Giray was extremely helpful with all our requests. Thank you for everything, especially snacks and drinks.
