The centrally located suite apartment has a partial sea view. The 1+1 apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed that can be opened in the living room, and can accommodate a total of 3 people. Kitchen and kitchen utensils, washing machine in the common area, hair dryer, clothes hanger, ironing board, wardrobe, stove, toilet paper, shower shampoo are available. There is free parking in front of the building and free parking on the road. It is a 5-minute walk to the marina and the bazaar and there is a public beach in front of it.

The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

The Main House is the largest of the four independent houses at Chariclea Villas Retreat, offering privacy and tranquility in a stunning natural setting. Designed for up to 6 adults and 2 children, it features a cozy living room and panoramic sea views. The spacious dining area and fully-equipped kitchen create the perfect space for memorable meals and gatherings. The property also includes the Eco, the Cave of Light and the Guest House, each with its own private entrance and parking area.

The guests can also sit in the front garden of the main house which has a bench and table if they wish. Wi fi, cable TV, Netflix and parking space are also provided. Our air-conditioned and modern vacation home is in the Zeus Park complex near Davutlar-Kuşadasi and was built in 2016. The secure complex with gatekeepers, surveillance cameras and 2 pools is about 900 meters from the sea and within walking distance. Due to the coronavirus, we pay close attention to cleaning with disinfectant between bookings. Wi-Fi for the whole year. This option has been available since June 2023.
